Fibrocystic breast disease. It really isn’t a disease at all. It is not related to breast cancer in any way. Feeling a lump can be very scary and concerning. You need to seek the advice of a physician. It may not be breast cancer; it could be a Fibrocystic Breast Condition.

I've had this for years. This past Feb. my mammogram showed new cysts. After an ultrasound, it was recommended for me to have a biopsy. I did and it was benign. Had my first 6 month follow up ultrasound last month and again they have found a new cyst. They decided not to do another biopsy right now but will keep having 6 month ultrasounds. We think they may be showing up more now that I have lost weight. It's always better to check them and it be nothing than to ignore it. Thanks for another great article. I just don't know how you have time to do all you do!!!
