Quick, pull out the “eeewwwww” and the “WTF?” tags. It wasn’t related to the rape charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn, but The Smoking Gun reports that the $3,000 a night hotel room he was staying in had more stray semen from different guys in it than a peep show trash can.
The ooky content of a few stains in the room in the hotel was reported in a footnote in the prosecutors recommendation to dismiss the case, filed with the New York District Attorney’s office. Carpet stains were analyzed to reveal the semen and DNA of three unknown men and a wallpaper stain contained the semen of a fourth. The last line of the footnote (which you can click on in the story) reads “As there is no evidence that any other person was present during the charged incident, the circumstances under which the unidentified DNA was deposited are unrelated to the incident under investigation.”
The New York Post reported on Sunday that the Manhattan DA’s office would ask a judge to dismiss all charges today because the case cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Okay, so the stains have nothing to do with the case or its proposed dismissal. It just begs the question….at a $3,000 a night hotel, how often do they get the freaking carpets cleaned? Granted, it could have been one ca-razy party in one single evening … but still. I guess the rich really are different from you and me. They’re ankle-deep in jizz. (Though come to think of it ... what was my last cheapo room swimming in?)
