Kids of Lesbians Well-Adjusted, Lady Gaga Joins Klein Army

Children raised by lesbian couples may possibly be better adjusted with fewer behavioral problems than their peers, a new study suggests. The study, conducted by Dr. Nanette Gartrell, followed 78 lesbian couples and their children for almost 25 years, interviewing the children through various ages. The children were found to rate higher in social and academic confidence, and lower in rule-breaking and aggressive problem behavior.

Some advocates are criticizing the study, saying the funding source created a “bias” that affected its outcome. The study was funded by the Gill Foundation and the Lesbian Health Fund from the Gay Lesbian Medical Association.

Also being praised and condemned by critics is Lady Gaga’s new video Alejandro. Debuted yesterday, the video depicts a highly-sexualized tableau of militaristic images, latex nunnery, and frozen hearts, suggesting a commentary on the recent issues surrounding gays in the military.
