We can't help but love Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise. They're just too adorable. From Suri's individual sense of fashion, to Katie's unabashed willingness to allow her little girl the freedom to express it, we want to pin these girls down and pinch their cheeks and coo at them. Screw the mommy critics bitching at Katie for letting Suri wear heels. That girl rocked those shoes like it's nobody's business (It isn't anyone's business, by the way.) because she thought they were pretty. And they were!

This time, though, Suri got a little too adult in plain view of the cameras while out for ice cream with her mom. Suri grabbed a box of penis-shaped gummies! Naturally, the media went wild with rumors of Katie buying them for Suri, but she says she didn't. She told Ellen DeGeneres she was mortified!

“Recently, I took her to get ice cream in New York at this place called Serendipity that we go to all the time. It's for kids. The clientele is children,” Katie said. “We go in and we are waiting for a table and she grabs some gummies that are boy part gummies. I was horrified.”

It coulda happened to anyone, Katie. It's even happened to us a time or two. Don't let 'em get you down.
