It seems Kim Cattrall, who played the role of a sexually open woman in hit television series Sex and the City, went on a red carpet rampage at the premiere of Meet Monica Velour, in which she plays a porn star. The star was not at all happy with being asked about the state of her pubic hair by a New York Post reporter, and suggested gossip columnists find themselves more “respectable” work.
“That's a stupid question. You're a smart girl. How could you want to write that?” the star spat back.
“Ask me about being a woman,” she suggested. “Do you know what it's like to be 54 and marginalized? It doesn't get easier as you get older.”
Kim told reporters how much she hated gossip columns, warning them, “It'll chew you up and spit you out.”
Okay, Kim. We get it. Just because you played the role of "biggest slut" in a show called Sex and the City doesn't mean we get to ask you personal questions about your va-jay-jay. And we agree with you! But probably you could have just said that, instead of attacking the respectability of celebrity journalism. I mean, without them, you might be out of work.
Kim looks like she's having more fun in Meet Monica Velour ... and we are sure she is right that bending over in roller skates is not easy at all.
