Have you been following the tabloid rumors about possible Jessica Simpson bump sightings? Seems everything she's been to has been followed up with “Is she getting fat or is she pregnant?” as if either is anyone's business.

Well, Jessica and her fiancé, former pro football player Eric Johnson, have an announcement of momumental proportions, and they made it in style. No really. Check out how glossy that costume is!

Jessica Simpson dressed up as a mummy this week and posted a photo of her costume to let all her fans know she's gonna be one. Though not the gross, oozing, scary kind. Not even her costume was gross or scary. Jessica was swaddled from head to toe in rhinestone covered cloth both ripped up and neatly sewn together to give a fancy bandage feel. This, we imagine, is what Hollywood mummies would look like if we preserved our dead celebrities like the Egyptians.

But while Jessica was, indeed, an epically beautiful undead bandage ball complete with Bride of Frankenstein-esque hair and dark circles around her eyes, she is, in fact, going to be the kind of mummy that changes diapers and cleans up spilled milk and wipes tears. Check out that bump!
