If you remember, just last week, a Los Angeles court ruled that Jennifer Lopez had no case against her ex-husband when she sued to block him from selling home videos of the pair in various states of dress and undress. The footage contains more than 27 hours of footage and no actual sex, but there's full nudity! Fifteen to twenty minutes of it!
Well, J-Lo's ex-husband, Ojani Noa, has sold the footage to producer Claudia Vazquez for $1. No, that's not a typo. After reported offers of $40,000, Vazquez paid a buck for the whole enchilada ... in what one has to figure was a way for Noa to get around a court decree that says he can't release information about his intimate life with Lopez.
Jenny from the block heard through the grapevine that her ex's new female friend was planning on selling the footage herself and stormed back into the court room to get an injunction. And this time, she won. The court granted her a temporary restraining order preventing Vazquez from selling or using the footage. However, Vazquez has permission to go forward with her plans to produce a comedic movie about Lopez's and Noa's relationship.
Editor's Note: And just when we thought we could forget about J.Lo for the day, it's being reported that the no-sex tape has been stolen.
