Next to the many pin-thin models and actresses of today, Marilyn Monroe stands out as a bewitching example of curvy, healthy, handfulla-woman femininity. Well, big just got bigger.
Last Friday a 26 -foot, 34,000-pound statue of the legendary sex symbol in her famous dress-up-day pose from “The Seven Year Itch” was unveiled on Chicago’s Pioneer Court. Business Insider posted a side view of artist Seward Johnson’s statue, which will remain up through 2012. How long a lot of guys who look at it will remain up is anyone’s guess, since you evidently get, much more than the lovely leg view we were treated to in the film, but a nice shot of what SF Gate calls “honest-to-goodness white lace panties.” Nope, you didn’t see anything like that in the original picture.
Anyone can appreciate the warming effect of one of our most beloved bombshells brightening up the streets of Chicago. And now the macrophiles of the world—giantess/giant fetishists—have a great big new reason to start making vacation plans.
