What is it with girls getting kicked out of nerd events? Earlier we had a story about girl gamers getting uninvited from a LAN party in Texas because of the potential that they’d be targets for ugly remarks by some of the guys. And now we have Adrianne Curry getting briefly kicked out of Comic-Con in San Diego for showing too much ass.

Huh? Isn’t Adrianne Curry showing her ass one of the best things ever? Curry, an America’s Top Model winner and estranged wife of Christopher Knight (aka Peter Brady) was signing autographs at the event but was booted for showing too much booty in a costume that the Los Angeles Times described as “somewhat of an ode to Charlize Theron in Aeon Flux.” I dunno about Charlize, but here’s the comic Aeon Flux and, yep, that’s the outfit. She was allowed back in after wrapping a red shirt around her waist—pics on Gawker. Still lava-hot with the cover up on.

What makes it uber weird is that Comic-Con was evidently letting this lady run around topless, wearing only what looks like a flower over her cha-cha. Being dressed as Eve would only work at Comic-Con if the Bible was written—or at least illustrated—by Stan Lee or Don Martin. One can dream. Anyway, nerds, stop letting girls get thrown out of your events! People will think those eternal-virgin jokes are true. Besides, you don’t want us to go back to dating Stan Gable, do you?
