This story will make you look at every driver stopped beside you at a red light and wonder if they're wearing any pants.
James Ashley Hulgan, the general manager of a church radio station, was arrested in Florida and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and indecent exposure for allegedly driving his van around naked from the waist down and stopping two women, ages 15 and 23, to ask them for directions to a nude beach. He also told them to get in the van, according to reports. They didn't and, instead, must have decided to call the cops—because according to link Hulgan was apprehended within minutes of the incident.
Hulgan told the cops he loves being naked. Nothing wrong with that. Lots of people do. At home. And at nudie resorts. Not in public and certainly not at anyone. If he listened to his own station once in awhile I'd bet he'd have heard a mention in link in so many words, that there's a time for everything. Now it doesn't exactly say “except driving around naked and scaring young ladies like a big creep,” but does it really have to?
