You’d think a porn audience would be open to seeing a lot of things a general audience wouldn’t, but apparently Casey Anthony having sex isn’t one of them.
At least that’s what Steve Hirsch thinks, and he ought to know. The co-founder of adult film giant Vivid Entertainment called Casey’s lawyer Jose Baez to make an offer, says E! Online, but evidently thought better of it later. The Orlando Sentinel reports that Hirsch released a statement citing the public’s “overwhelmingly negative response,” as the reason for the company deciding against Casey as star material: “We were ready to make an offer to Casey to star in one of our feature films. It’s clear to me now, however, that there has been an overwhelmingly negative response to our offer and so we’ve decided to withdraw it. It has become obvious to us that Vivid fans, and people in general, want nothing to do with her and that includes a XXX movie.”
Maybe in 20 years— at least that’s what happened with Amy Fisher, who served six years in prison after pleading guilty to first degree aggravated assault for shooting Mary Jo Buttafuoco …well, you know the story. After forays into different mainstream careers Amy began doing porn when, she says, she couldn’t get other work, writes the Daily Mail. She’s now on Celebrity Rehab.
