A gentleman named Sam Nickel, who is a Russian Internet comedian with a site called My Duck's Vision, did just that. He says he interviewed between 70 and 300 women a day with a 15-20 percent acceptance rate. And luckily, he only got kicked in the balls once. That's a decent argument for asking ladies if they mind if we grope them if ever we saw one. Maybe?
In any case, a video on YouTube titled “Putin Paws Women Voters” explains the deal. (See below. It doesn't look as though any boobs were harmed (or even bared) in the course of filming.
“Vladimir Putin is always busy with important state affairs and, moreover, he is married. He does not have time for trifles. But he is a man too. And he cannot afford to touch the potential voters. But Sam Nickel can! Sam Nickel has plenty of time. Sam decided to touch women voters first, and then to shake hands with Putin with the same hand. See for yourself how it was ...”
Then it launches into a series of clips of our pal Sam intently staring at and touching 1,000 pairs of tatas. It's hard to tell if they all know what's going to happen. Some of the women look genuinely shocked. Others don't seem quite sure how to react. And still others have obviously been instructed.
Of course, touching a thousand pairs of beautiful breasts and shaking Putin's hand transfers the thrill of having touched all those boobies to Putin himself. Lucky man to have such doting constituents.
