When we use the term “playing doctor,” we might mean it in a playful way … not a potentially criminal one. Kasia Rivera, 34, wasn’t playing around, though, when she allegedly injected a man’s penis with silicone, which resulted in his death, according to New Jersey police.

The medical examiner found that 22-year-old Justin Street died of a silicone embolism two days after being injected by Rivera, the Star Ledger reports. Rivera faces charges of manslaughter and the unauthorized practice of medicine and is being held on $75,000 bail.

Radar Online reports that Rivera was running “pumping parties” from her home and if you click the link you can see what the website means when they say there “seems to be almost an epidemic of fake docs” giving injections to victims in plastic surgery scams— seriously, their links and ‘related posts’should keep you distracted from work for some time.

The worst, they say, is Oneal Ron Morris who injected “a mixture containing cement into the faces and butts of several victims.”
