Elizabeth A. Kinsley, a cosmetic surgeon from New Orleans, La., has come up with iAugment, a program that allows iPhone users to take a picture of themselves (or anyone else, of course) and enhance the breasts. For a new cup size, press here. Just like that. Shake the phone to remove implants.
