The Clitoral hummer is made of PU coated plastic. It's very soft and velvety to touch. This toy does not flex,bend,etc. This toy does not have a smell or taste. To turn on the toy simply press the button on the bottom of the base. To change through the settings press the button again. To turn the toy off simply hold the button on the bottom of the base for 4 seconds. When you shut the toy off your last setting the toy was on will be remembered on the toy so when you turn in back on it will start where you left off. That way you don't have to go through the different levels of vibrations again! (The Clitoral hummer features a memory chip that resumes the last function used!) The toy is powered by 2 AA batteries. I used have used this toy many times and the batteries are holding up, I'm very surprised! Most of my toys eat batteries like crazy and for some reason this one doesn't I figured it would with all the power this thing has, but nope!

I think the toy is a perfect size. I recommend it for all levels of experience. Some people may not be sure about the weird shape, however, I think that this toy is made awesomely! The little scoop is made in a way that will cradle your clitoris. Now as for using it internally, yes this toy can be used for insertion. However, for me I didn't care too much for it because of the odd shape and it felt uncomfortable. I'm sure for some people it would work perfectly and really hit their g-spot. However, for me I would rather use it for clitoral stimulation.
