This toy could be great for some people, but it wasn't for me. I just couldn't get past how cheap the plastic feels. Also, it's so loud that it kind of turned me off. At least the toy is easy to clean, though.
I really wish I could find some nicer things to say about it, but it was just awful for me. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Pros
Easy to care for, Controller fits comfortably in my hand
Let me begin by saying that this isn't a toy that I would ordinarily purchase. It came into my possession after being offered as a free gift for a short period of time. I figured it was worth a try, since it was free.
This vibrator is probably best for beginners, but honestly? Beginners, there are better beginner toys out there! I wouldn't even bother with this one, if I were you. It's barely worth the low price that's put on it.
This little vibrator is a bullet vibrator. You can use this toy for vaginal or clitoral stimulation. You could also stimulate the area around your anus, your nipples, and other sensitive body parts with it.
For me, the vibrator was a little thin for vaginal stimulation. It just didn't do a lot for me there. The little bulges along the shaft were unable to be felt internally, due to how thin the toy is.
This vibrator should NOT be used to penetrate your butt. The vibrator has no base, and there's nothing to really prevent it from getting stuck inside of you. I know some will think that the cord will keep it from getting stuck in you, but cords do break. The cord on this particular vibrator is also extremely thin, so... yeah, don't rely on it!
You can use this toy with or without a partner, as well.
The Silver Six vibrator is made out of food-grade plastic, which earns a rating of 8 on Eden's safety scale. Plastic is a safe material as it's non-porous. The plastic on this particular toy is hypoallergenic, and both latex and phthalates free.
My first thought upon seeing the material was that it was cheap. It looks cheap, and it feels cheap. After having it for quite awhile, I still feel like the material is ridiculously cheap.
Both the controller and the bullet have a bit of a shine to it. The bullet has more shine to than the controller -- in fact, the bullet is so shiny that is reflective.
The controller is completely smooth. The bullet, however, is composed of little bulges going up the body of it. The bulges may feel good internally, but this thing was just too small for me to get any pleasure out of it.
This bullet is just very unimpressive, in my opinion. The size of it is decent for clitoral stimulation, but the material just feels too cheap for me to enjoy. It's far too thin for me to get pleasure from internally, as well. On the plus side, at least the controller fits nicely in my hand.
For those curious about the actual measurements, the bullet measures 5 1/4" long, with 4" of that being insertable. It's 5/8" in diameter, so it's extremely thin. The controller measures just 4" long, making it comfortable for me to hold. The cord that connects the bullet to the controller measures 25", and it is unbelievably thin.
The shape of the bullet is pretty simple. It's basically a straight, solid bullet, with little bulges making up the body. There are six bulges on the bullet, which is probably where the name "Silver Six" comes from. The bulges are not enough to irritate someone who really dislikes texture, but they're also probably not going to do a lot for those of you that really love texture.
Those of you that require discretion will appreciate that the Silver Six doesn't look like an actual cock. That being said, there's really not much else the Silver Six could be, besides a vibrator. So... it's not super discreet.
This vibrator requires 2-AA batteries to function. To insert the batteries, you simply slide off the cover that is found on the controller. The cool thing about the cover is that it's sort of latched to the rest of the controller, so you don't need to worry about loosing it.
Once you have the batteries in, you simply slide the switch on the controller. The switch is very easy to move. Due to the way the switch is set, you're able to pick just the right speed for you. This is because it's a sliding switch -- as soon as you nudge the switch upward even a dot, it goes on. If you the switch up higher, the vibrations increase. When you get all the way to the top, the vibrations are the strongest (and the loudest). To turn the toy off, just slide the switch back to the bottom.
The vibrations are very buzzy. They're also not very strong, being about 3 vrooms on full speed. The vibrations are also incredibly noisy, earning 4 bees.
Firstly, the Silver Six can take any kind of Lube that you want to use. That's right, you can use silicone, oil, or water based lubes, and you're not going to ruin the toy. That said, you probably won't need lubricant with this one.
Secondly, cleaning... Cleaning is super simple. You can clean the toy with antibacterial soap and warm water, or you can wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol. You can also use any toy cleaner spray, or wipe.
Finally, there is the issue of storage, which is no real issue when it comes to the Silver Six. I recommend removing the battery during storage, to ensure that the battery doesn't get drained, or that it doesn't leak out and ruin your toy. You can then basically store the toy wherever you like -- there are no special storage requirements.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it11 days after original review
This toy just didn't provide any pleasure to me. I've tried it several times, and while it does have some power, it doesn't feel good. It actually tends to irritate and hurt my clitoris more than anything else. I also can't get past how incredibly cheap it feels! It's ended up in the trash, sadly.
