You get what you pay for...
This was disappointing for me and exciting for her, but not fabulous for either of us. Possibly this would be good for beginners, but not for anyone who has ever used a sex toy before.

Pros
Long cord, quiet, easy to use, clean, and store
Cons
Too small, not strong enough, hard material
When I first opened the box, I thought that since the bullet is so small, it would be easier to pinpoint the hot spots...I was wrong. I think that since it is so small, if you hold on to it, your fingers absorb some of the vibrations. That is NOT where I was wanting to feel them. It didn't do the trick for me while masturbating at all. I did use it to stimulate my nipples though, and that seemed to work well. It's hard plastic, so it's easy to clean. Since it's so small, it's easy to store too. I used it on my female partner (with a toy cover, of course), and she came within minutes. I guess I just need more "buzz" than she does.
I would say this would be a good toy for a beginner, but anyone who is advanced in using sex toys is bound to be disappointed. With my fan running in the background, you could barely hear the bullet over it, so that's a plus if you have a roommate or are living in a dorm setting where you need to remain quiet. The cord is a good length, and you can comfortably use the dial to speed up or slow down the vibrations. The battery life is about average.
I personally didn't like how small the bullet was, the hard plastic feel, or the amount of vibrations. Like I said, everyone is different though, and my female partner definitely enjoyed the toy. If you are just starting out with bringing toys into the bedroom, I would suggest trying this bullet. It seems pretty cheaply made, so I'm interested to see how long it takes before the cord starts to pull away from either the remote or the bullet itself. You get what you pay for, I guess!

Follow-up commentary
5 months after original review
My female partner and I used this toy last night one last time before I did my follow-up review for it and we still weren't all that impressed with it. She didn't even cum this time from it. Maybe we've become even more advanced than this toy allows us to be. Either way, it's going back into the bottom of the toy bag and we probably won't use it anymore.
