Yes, thats right, a woodpecker. I know this is a dolphin toy, but the only way that I can describe this little "go getter" is the feeling like a woodpecker going to town on my clit! For me, that is not a pleasurable experience. However, some may prefer that type of rough clitoral stimulation.

The Dolphin clit teaser is a compact, light weight clitoral stimulator that requires 1 AA battery. Because of using only 1 AA battery, you can imagine that the power is not as great as some other clitoral stimulators. Although, for me, it was too powerful. The dolphin nose on the tip of this toy was too pointy for me.

The Dolphin Clit teaser is not waterproof, which was somewhat of a down side for me. I prefer my toys to be more versatile and multi functioning. To insert battery, simply twist the battery compartment slightly and lift off the bottom cap. Insert battery and twist cover back on. Very simple to use. The Dolphin clit teaser has a dial base and only has one speed-HIGH. The battery compartment is made of a plastic and the dolphin is made of a rubbery jelly type material. Even though the dolphin is made of a jelly material, it isn't that "soft" on the genitals.

I found this toy rather hard to clean, because of the small crevices on the toy. The dolphin tail is so small once you get to the base of the battery compartment, that it almost feels like its going to snap off if I try to use any force to get in there with a cleaning rag. Because it is not waterproof, soaking the toy would not be possible either. It is very flimsy.

The battery compartment rattles when turned on, its quite loud. If you are trying to be discreet, this would not be the toy to reach for. It is compact, so you can travel easily with it inside a purse,pocket or other form of carry case.

I hate doing "less than great" reviews on a product, but this one I simply cannot recommend.

I read some of the comments on my original review, and I have to add that it wasn't "painful" as I made it sound. It was more annoying than anything. It did make me jump a few times when I hit the wrong way with the nose, but if you tend to stay more to the side of the clit (maybe) you might have better luck with it. My clit is super sensitive, so its really kind of hard for me to gauge whether or not this would be pleasurable for anyone else. Something that was brought to my attention, this may be a good nipple or "ball sack" teaser? I guess you would really just have to play around with it to find how and what works best for you with it.
