WHY is it called a Snow Bunny?
I don't use bullets all that much, but I really like this vibe. Without the sleeve it's just another silver bullet, but that's fine because you're really getting two toys in one. I love the way the ears feel flapping around against me, and spreading the ears allows me to use the bunny's nose for pinpoint clitoral stimulation while the ears vibrate against my labia.

Pros
Removable sleeve, nice texture, quiet, soft and squishy, ears flap around a lot
Cons
Sleeve tricky to remove, flimsy battery pack, not a lot of variation in vibration speed, lint magnet
The Snow Bunny is a battery operated bullet vibrator with a removable TPR sleeve. This vibe comes packaged in a thin cardboard box, with product pictures and some basic information printed all over the outside. Inside, both the bullet and sleeve are individually wrapped in plastic, and the cord connecting the bullet to its battery pack is tied in a tidy bunch.
The TPR sleeve is soft, squishy, and stretchy, and as is typical of this material, it collects lint and has a fair amount of skin drag. The surface has a little bit of texture in the way of small, shallow ridges that resemble fur, and there are little raised dots all over the underside of the ears. In between the ears is a little face, which to me looks more like a cat than a bunny rabbit.
According to the information on the back of the box, the TPR sleeve isn't scented, but I noticed a slight fruity smell when I first unwrapped the bunny sleeve from the plastic. It wasn't an unpleasant odor; It reminded me of flavored lip balm, and it didn't last past a washing and subsequent drying time on the counter.
Also included in the box is a small piece of paper with an illustrated guide to installing the 2 AA batteries this vibe requires, but there aren't any written instructions. The bullet itself is pretty standard and like most other bullets in size and power. I'm not sure if the "High Intensity" printed on the box above the product title is accurate. As far as vibration strength goes, at top speed it's enough to get the job done for me, but I wasn't overwhelmed--or even impressed--by the bullet's power.
The battery pack/controller is made from a slightly translucent plastic that has a bit of give to it. I wouldn't say that it's soft or bendy, but it's not as rigid as hard plastic, and it does seem rather flimsy to me. Where the remote tapers at the top is a large dial that controls the multi-speed motor. It can be accessed from either side, so it's equally easy to operate no matter which hand it's in.
I'm really not sure what Cal Exotics was thinking with the design on this one. Obviously, they weren't too terribly bothered about making the Snow Bunny's sleeve look that much like a rabbit. I've never seen a rabbit with one ear jutting out from its forehead and another positioned underneath its head.
Regardless of the bizarre sleeve design, the ears flap around quite a bit when the motor is running and feel really good, so I would consider this sex toy an effective clitoral stimulator. It's also great for teasing and tickling other areas, so it's a lot of fun to incorporate into foreplay. Because it has a cord and takes both hands to use--one to hold the bullet in place and another to operate the dial control, I don't really like using this vibe during intercourse, or even with an insertable toy.

Experience
This vibe is not waterproof, so to avoid accidentally splashing water into the battery pack or around where the wire attaches to the bullet I highly recommend removing the sleeve before cleaning. This can be a bit tricky, but putting a little water-based lube on the tip of the bullet makes the sleeve slide on and off more easily. Don't worry, I haven't had any issues with the sleeve popping off while in use.
I'm still not sure why this one is called Snow Bunny. I know that term has various meanings, and I don't really see how any of them apply to this particular sex toy, but then again, I don't think the "High Intensity" printed on the box applies either. Still, as far as something novel to play with, this is a nice variation of the standard bullet. Plus, I think it feels good, and I suppose that's ultimately what matters.

Follow-up commentary

I hate to say it, but I've kind of gone off bullets. At least ones with a cord, flimsy plastic remote, and tacky impossible-to-keep-clean-because-everything-sticks-to-it sleeves. Once the novelty value has worn off, I'm pretty much through with them, and that's even if they do have plenty of power and nice rumbly vibrations, but this one is nothing special. And I still think the sleeve looks really weird.
I never did figure out why this thing is called a Snow Bunny, but I bet I've spent more time thinking about this toy's name than Cal Exotics did.

Awesome review!

Sounds like it should be renamed the "Deformed Cat-face Bunny." Great review.

Cal Exotics HAS to work on their battery packs. They are always like the most difficult/flimsy/easy to break things I have ever owned. Great review!
