If you're a beginner and searching for a first time vibrator, then look no further! The Sorority Rush is not very big, has no texture to it, is beginner friendly and is not too intimidating. The Sorority Rush is not for me as I am an advanced user. I like my toys long, thick, and full of power!
The Sorority Rush is a traditional vibrator that is made to use for vaginal play. Since there is no flared base at the end, the vibrator is not safe for anal play. There are a few ways you can use the Sorority Rush: gently by rubbing over nipples, clit, and any sensitive area on the body. The Sorority Rush would be perfect for partner play because it's not too intimidating. The size would be perfect for any couple who is just starting out with sex toys. The Sorority Rush is also waterproof. It makes a perfect water buddy to take with you in the bath/shower.
MATERIAL:
The material that the Sorority Rush is made out of is PU coated plastic. PU coated plastic has a safety material rating of seven on Edenfantasys. There is no smell or taste to it at all. Since the Rush is made out of plastic, it's not sticky or tacky. Its latex and Phthalates free, making it safe for people who are allergic to latex. If you decide to share this make sure to use a condom.
TEXTURE:
The Sorority Rush has no texture, just this smooth hard plastic with a satin finish to it. I really do like the smoothness of it. When I thrust this in me, the smooth plastic feels really good to me. At first it's extremely cold, but if you hold it in your hand for a minute or so it starts to warm up. The Sorority Rush is stiff as a board, and can hurt if you thrust too hard. The texture of the vibrator is definitely more for beginners.
DESIGN/SHAPE:
The design is absolutely adorable! I like how the push button looks, it almost looks futuristic. The shape of the Rush is like any traditional vibrator shape, its pointy at the end too make it more easy for inserting it. It inserts pretty smooth and easy, so beginners would definitely like this vibrator more than an advanced user would.
SIZE:
The size of it is pretty small, I think it would be really easy to hide. The total length of the Rush is 6 3/4" total, thats not long at all. The insertable length is only 4 1/4" long, and the circumference is 3 1/3". I did not have to warm up to this vibrator, or have a feeling of being "filled up". The size just did not excite me like I would want it to.

FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE:
The Rush has three settings: low, medium, and high. The vibrations are strongly located at the tip of the vibrator. I can hardly feel the vibrations throughout the vibrator on the lowest setting. The medium setting is around a two vroom, the highest setting is more around a three vroom. On the highest setting I can strongly feel the vibrations throughout the shaft. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't that powerful, I need a lot more power than what the Rush offers.
CONTROLS:
The Rush is all controlled by one single push button. Its located at the bottom of the vibrator where you insert the battery. The Rush takes one Aa battery(not included). To insert the battery, simply twist of the cap, pop in the battery plus side down, twist the cap back on, and you are ready to go.
CARE/MAINTENANCE:
It's really easy to clean the Rush. Wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap. You can also keep it clean by spraying it with toy spray and/or toy wipes. Since it's plastic, you can store the Rush with any sex toy material, it wont damage the vibrator. You can use water-based and silicone lubricants with this vibrator.
The Sorority Rush comes in a plastic package and can be used for storage, or you can recycle it. There is a blonde headed lady on the front of the package. There is some information about the product, it also comes in five different languages. The only thing that comes in it besides the vibrator is a little piece of paper with battery instructions on it. It is not discreet, you can clearly see what it is.
Front of package:
The problem I have with the Rush is when I first push the button to turn it on it doesn't do anything. I don't know if it has a short in it or what but I have to push it a couple of times to turn it on. It's weird that when I do push the button, it will skip the lowest setting and go to the medium setting. When I first turn it on again, it will act right.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it21 days after original review
I gave the Sorority Rush to a friend a couple of days after the review. I knew I wouldn't change my mind about how I felt about it. The Sorority Rush is so boring to me, I could fall asleep using it.
