Lighted Shimmers Bliss is a good toy...if you're 13 and are just encountering a vibrator. It's an ineffective tool for an experienced user. The material is hard and contains sharp ridges around the edges that you must file down if you're even thinking of putting it near your precious pussy. I highly advise that if you use this toy, that you do so purely for clitoral stimulation and avoid insertion.

The toy is plastic and advertised as being "smooth." I disagree. When I received the toy I noticed that in order to use it without harming myself, I needed to file down several areas where the seals were. Upon arrival, the toy had a plastic odor to it that was very chemically. It took nearly three days out of the packaging for the odor to disappear. This is not a toy to use immediately - let it air out and make sure to wash it.

The toy is straight and smooth with no texture, but it has ridged bubbles - similar to anal beads. It looks slightly like it could be mistaken for glass - a mistake that you do not want to make when purchasing this toy. The toy is best for beginners - it is fairly small in size. Other reviews have stated that due to the size of the bubbles, it is best for someone more advanced...I disagree with those claims. The bubbles are no larger than 2 fingers in width and with natural lubrication or lubricant, it is incredibly easy to insert.

The toy is not discreet; it is louder than expected and it is very visibly a vibrator. If you are traveling, be sure to pack well.

The vibrations on this toy are located at the very bottom. There is a knob at the very bottom and you switch the levels lower or higher depending on how far you turn the dial. I worry about vibrators with seams and knobs, however. The seam of the knob does not appear to be sealed well and therefore water play is eliminated. With the seam being present, one also decreases the amount that the toy can be cleaned.

The toy just doesn't provide enough power or variety for me.

Lighted Bliss is easy to clean; one just needs to use soap and water. However, DO NOT submerge the toy as there are seams that do not appear to be secure and submerging the toy may result in an electric shock or water damaging the toy's interior.

To store the toy, place it away from other plastic or silicone toys as this may result in unwanted surface reactions and ruining of the silicone toys.
