The Charisma Twisty by Cal Exotics is a vibrator that can be used for vaginal penetration. This vibe also works well for clitoral stimulation. The Twisty should not be used anally as there is no flared base to keep it from becoming lost. This toy can be used solo or with a partner and can be used by beginners or advanced users.

This vibrator is made of PU Coated Plastic and has a velvety feel to it. PU Coated Plastic is rated a 7 out of 10 on the Eden's Safety Scale and is phthalates free. I did not notice any smell or taste to this toy upon opening the package. There are 10 ridges that run the length of the shaft. This is a continuous line that starts at the top and ends just above the battery cover. They are noticeable and raised about 1/8" off the toy. As there is not a lot of height difference beginners should not have a problem using this toy.

This vibe measures in at 5" in length with 4" of insertable fun. It has a circumference of 3 1/2 inches and a diameter of 1 inch. I found it to be a good size for a quickie, I prefer more girth so it was a bit small for anything other than that in my opinion. This toy is not discreet in shape or in color as I have the pink and it is definitely a bright pink. For travel purposes you can drop this in your suitcase or carry on; the batteries should be removed prior to ensure it does not accidently get turned on.

To get started using your Twisty you will first need to unscrew the battery cap located at the bottom of the toy.
You will then insert 1 AA battery to power it up; simply put the cap back on and you are ready to go. There are 10 functions or modes to this vibrator. The vibrations can be felt the entire length of the shaft but are more predominant towards the bottom where the motor appears to be located. This toy is controlled by a touch button located at the very bottom. You push the button once to turn it on, and then each time you push it again it will change the mode. To power off you hold the button in for a few seconds. I found the button to be a bit hard to push when using solo; this could be in part to the length of the toy and my body.

To clean this toy you will need to make sure the battery cover is on all the way. You can use soap and water, toy cleaner, or a toy wipe all will clean this toy with ease. Be careful to get into the ridges as they are a good place for bacteria to grow. I store this toy in a plastic Ziploc bag after it is completely dry. This prevents any accidental touching of other toy materials and bad reactions from happening.

The Twisty came in a plastic, see through box. It states what the name of it is, tells about the functions, and that it is waterproof. You could use this for storage if you have the space to keep it. I would not use it as a gift box as it screams what it is plus you can see it.
