Quite the impressive toy for its low price-tag, and it's quiet enough to use if you've got thin walls. If you're like me and not too fond of car motor strength vibrators this is definitely a toy to try. It's definitely strong enough to wow, but not enough to leave you sore and numb like some others.

Pros
Fairly girthy, very quiet, ultra smooth plastic, nice variety with vibration strength.
Cons
May require time to get comfortable with it, can get heavy, awkward to control while in use.
The little nubs on the head of the toy make for great internal and external stimulation and feel great against the clitoris, especially since the dial system allows for a wide range of fine tuning in terms of power. However, if you're in pursuit of intense g-spot stimulation you may need to search elsewhere; the somewhat tapered head takes what should be delightfully strong pressure from a toy of such hard material and turns it into a subtle internal massage. Simply put, those nubs feel great on the inside too!
Blissy (as I call it, it's just too cute not to name!) is made of "velvet cote" plastic. For those unacquainted with this wonderful material, it's smooth as silk and feels scores better than lacquer coated plastic. It does have a tendency to make lube disappear, so keep some good water or silicone based lube nearby. However, I don't recommend it for new toy users since a toy this big made of such a hard material might be uncomfortable to the inexperienced.
The design is what really made Blissy a 3-star rating instead of 4. As far as design goes, this toy is pretty hefty, but the smooth curves make it visually and sensually appealing. The plastic is coated to feel velvety smooth, so every part of it is a pleasure. This works against the voluptuous design though, since it can get a bit...slippery; due to the fact that this toy has a lot of girth to wrap yourself around (ha!) a bit of lubrication (pretty much any kind is safe; water, silicone or oil) may be necessary. One thing this toy lacks is a definite hand hold so it can get to be cumbersome in the hand. Also, that dial base that allows for great control over the strength of vibration is somewhat difficult to maneuver while engaged in passionate matters. Combine that with ample lubrication and the controls become elusive.
In spite of the control issues, Blissy made its debut in the shower. It's probably best to tune in to your favourite vibration station before you get started, to avoid any frustration while you're in the groove; water makes the dial just as slippery as the lube. On the packaging, it's listed as "Waterproof" but not submergeable so it probably shouldn't go in the bathtub. With that constant flow of slick water insertion's a breeze but if that's not enough, a little silicone lube makes it easier. My favorite aspect about Blissy is that the vibrations aren't as "buzzy" as most other toys but more of a deep, rolling rumble all the way through. Not only does this keep this nice and quiet, but it feel great if you're sensitive to strong vibrations or you just want to try something a little different.
Once everything is said and done, clean up is pretty simple especially in the shower. Just clean it with some antibacterial soap and water, dry and store. No fuss.
Overall, I was very surprised by this one. I overlooked it at first because of its simplicity but it turns out that's just what I like about it. It's not my all time favourite, but it's definitely "on call."
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more3 months after original review
Regardless of the interim between when I initially purchased this cute number and the present, I'm still loving this one. It's portable, powerful, and apparently doesn't rapidly consume batteries. I'm actually liking it more because of this. Blissy is a wonderful travel companion, fitting snugly into a travel bag with a neat lube packet at its side, and its inexpensive enough that you don't worry about it getting lost in transit. It's definitely a keeper in my immediate collection, and I don't think I'll be retiring it any time soon!
