Overall the Penthouse Triple Bliss II lives up to its name. All three attachment heads work wonderfully. Noise level and handling are issues, but it certainly can be work out by having a little bit more privacy and having a towel nearby.

Pros
Multi-speed, Multi-attachments and easy to clean and care for.
Cons
Noise level fairly high and hard to hold on to with lubrication.
The Penthouse Triple Bliss II is a wonderful toy. The toy's best use is for clitoral stimulation, where two interchangeable heads are used. The third head head can be used for clitoral stimulation BUT it's made for stimulating your g-spot. If you know where this is at, than that is awesome. If you don't then it's going to help you find it. I believe that this would work more for a seasoned individual with toys or masturbation. This toy was used on me by my husband who almost knows me more then me and it was great!
The material and texture are different from what I am used to but no complaints. This toy is made out of plastic. The main shaft and attachments are all a smooth texture, which doesn't add any extra stimulation. I found this a little depressing. I believe that this texture is more suited for a beginer, then a advanced user. The Penthouse Triple Bliss II has no unpleasant smell, touch or taste to it. It is also phthalates and latex free, hypo-allergenic and made from food-grade material.
The Penthouse Triple Bliss II is design fairly well; the three attachments are designed to be used on different parts of your body. The Sharp G, as it is called, is used to stimulated and/or help you search for your G spot. The Passion Pawn is tapered to a tip so you can zone in on your clit or parts of your vagina that like direct attention. Lastly the Flicker is used to do more vaginal searches. Every attachment is hollowed out to accommodate the threaded knob that is located on the main part of the toy, all you have to do is screw on the attachment. The size really isn't all that impressive at 6 3/4" length and a circumference of 3" didn't do it for me, so that works for the beginner user but most likely not the advanced. Now being discreet and suitable for travel, you might be able to hide it in a pocket of a suitcase or over night bag.
This toy's vibrations are located in the shaft of the toy and are felt through the attachments. The best part of this toy is the attachments; each one is made for pleasuring a part of your body and they do their job. I would have loved to have had a better way to hold on it. It gets hard if you get to much lubrication on it. The controls are located at the base which is fine if you are using the toy on someone but is a little cumbersome if you are solo. This toy has multi-speeds from a low to a high; there is no clear set number of speeds, and as far as the noise level, it goes from being 2 bees to 4 bees quick. The Penthouse Triple Bliss II noisy level is as great as its vibrations. It's made to be waterproof and would probably be great in the shower BUT the noise level limits this reviewer to playing out of water.
Care and Maintenance is the same as with most of the vibrators I have used. Clean with soap and water or use your favorite toy cleaner, and store with out batteries. Since this toy is plastic, if any parts were to break the toy would have to be replaced due to being scratched or harm in any way. Store in any toy box that you might have; you could also store it in your bedside drawer but, since the attachment can be removed losing them could also be an issue. I am storing it in my, small plastic tool box which is going to need to be upgraded soon.
The Penthouse Triple Bliss II was packaged in a plastic container that was fitted around the toy. In the container with the toy was an informational paper with user's and care instructions. You might have to get another box too put the container and toy in so that the corners wouldn't tear the wrapping, if you are giving it as a gift. Using the container as a storage box would be good for not losing your favorite attachment, but over a period of time the container would most likely break so storage the toy in the container would be based on the container holding up with continued openings.

Still a good toy and with more practice it is getting better. Handling is toy with lubrication is still tricky. I still would recommend this to my friends.
