Mood Powerful Small (MPS) is a vibe best kept to clitoral, nipple, and all over body stimulation. I don't recommend using it vaginally or anally. It is too small and smooth, without a base or handle, and could easily get lost inside resulting in an embarrassing trip to the ER.

If you are hoping to use it vaginally, then I suggest you look to the The Mood Powerful Large which is longer.

MPS is made from plastic, which is non-porous and phthalate-free, and an 8 on the safety scale. There is no discernible taste or odor to it. Its smooth soft-touch matte finish has very little drag, and doesn't add any extra stimulation. With the exception of the rubber covering the push button, the vibrator is rigid.

In terms of design aesthetic, MPS is adorable. The grey filigree swirls contrast nicely against the black background, but it does come in three other, and brighter colors.

It is 3 3/4 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. I do believe it is slightly thinner than most bullets on the market. The nice thing about that is it is easy to hide and a nice size for travel. Just make sure you pack it with the batteries removed before traveling. One wrong bump and you just might turn it on.

But being that small, there isn't a lot of toy to hold onto.

It is easy to use. The push button turns the toy on, allows you to cycle through the patterns, and turn it off. To turn it off you have to cycle through all the settings. Rather than push the button over and over again, it is easier to just hold the button down and let the vibe cycle itself. The toy has no memory function so when you turn it on it always starts at the weakest vibration strength.

There is an o-ring for the cap, so the toy is waterproof. When I tested the vibrations by submerging my hand in a bucket of water, I didn't notice any change in the vibrations.

The motor and vibrations are located in the end opposite the button, but can be felt all the way through. This, paired with the small size of the toy made it even more difficult to hang onto because my fingers got as much vibration and started turning numb because I was holding it so long.

I was holding it so long because the vibrations and patterns weren't strong enough for me so it took that much longer to orgasm.

The vibrations were weaker than I expected, and adding pressure to make up for the vibration strength only slowed and muffled the vibrations. It is also so buzzy it makes the toy seem louder than it is.

MPS is easy to take care of. Just wash with warm water and mild soap, cleaning alcohol, or a toy wipe.

I can't imagine anyone needing to use lube with it, but if you do, or just happen to get some lube on it by accident, don't worry. It is safe to use with water and silicone based lubes.

It can be stored in its packaging, or without. But if you store it without, I suggest at least a ziplock bag for protection. The snack size will do just fine.

The packaging is cute, matte black box with wet black swirls that compliment the filigree design on the toy. The MPS was visible in a clear plastic sleeve against a white background with brightly colored polka dots.

The information about the toy was on the back, with the colored spots carrying over as markers that depicted the functions, features, and other information.

The packing can be used for storage, but takes up more space than the toy does by itself. Still, since it is so cute, it would be good as a non intimidating gift for a bachelorette party.

Between the weak vibrations, that got worse when pressure was applied, my fingers going numb, and the buzzing, I'm not a fan of this toy. I don't hate it, but I'm not going to be using it. It's not worth the orgasm it drags me to.

But I got what I paid for. An affordable, average bullet that does an average job. So if you're new to vibes, and just want to test out the waters, then this could work. Though I would recommend my Black Magic over MPS.
