I'm very proud to say that this was my first G-spot toy, and now I can't live without it! The design is sleek and cute, and it's perfect for experts and beginners alike.

Upon opening the package, I did not notice any outstanding odors but the closer you bring it to your nose, the more you can smell that familiar plastic-y smell. The smell is not offensive and it lightens up with each washing. Because it's waterproof and made of TPR it is okay to wash it with disinfectant soap and warm water. If you're going to be sharing this toy, I highly suggest that you use a condom because the material is semi-porous.

The Dancer has two powerful motors (about 4 1/2 vrooms, in my opinion): one in the shaft, and one in the clitoral stimulator. Both motors run simultaneously and are controlled by the power button at the bottom of the shaft. There are three functions: when you first press the button it starts on a low setting (2 vrooms, 1 bee), press the button again and it shifts higher (3 vrooms, 1 bee), one more press and it shifts into the highest setting (at 4 1/2 vrooms and 2 bees), and finally, one more press turns the toy off. You have to go through each setting to get to the "off" mode, which can be a little difficult if you have to switch it off in a hurry.

This toy is surprisingly quiet for how much power it packs! You can only hear a faint whisper when it's used behind a closed door, and absolutely nothing when it's being used in the shower or tub, which is why I recommend it to someone who lives with roommates, parents, or children. The shape of the toy is great for anyone who prefers slender toys and buzzy vibrations. It only reaches 3 inches in when it's inserted (enough to reach the G-spot), and the non-animal stimulator lays gently on the clitoris.
