I have not had any letdowns with this bad boy. You can set the speeds on this from slow and steady to high paced and make your toes curl. The two little ears are an important part of your vibrator. It has seven different settings you can use. The beads at the base of the shaft can rotate right or left but only have one speed. You can use the vibrating ears and rotating beads in conjunction with each other, or you can use one or the other. I prefer the slow and steady vibrations with the ears and the beads rotating. It's as much relaxing as it is pleasurable.

The whole thing is silicone, so its super easy to clean. You can use your standard toy wipes, or (I prefer) warm water and antibacterial soap. Because it is silicone, I would refrain from just setting it down at random. It attracts any hair or dirt that may be anywhere around the area. When not in use store it somewhere safe, or stand it up. I have a cat and a dog, and as clean as I am, it will find the one hair that has drifted on to my bed and attract it.

I'm not really big fan of the beads as much as I thought I would be. I thought they would be a bit more powerful. I mean, it's a nice little touch. It just feels a little too subtle to me. But, overall I am still highly satisfied!

THE ONLY DOWNFALL:
The only problem I have found with this toy is, after much use, the beads tend to slip out of place and slip down into the shaft. However, they do slide back up into place easily and work well as new. Rotation works as though there was never a problem.
