The Thunder God? Not Really
The color and design of the Thor makes it a non-intimidating place to start exploring the world of sex toys, although the head might be a bit too bulky for those new to vibrators. Those who have experience with vibrators may be disappointed by the Thor's finicky control panel and the poor adhesion of its suction cup base.

Pros
Convenient control pack, compatible with all lubricants, material is firm but with some flexibility.
Cons
Suction cup base does not adhere well, vibration controls are finicky.
Dr. Laura Berman first crossed my radar through her appearance on Oprah. She’s a bestselling author, an assistant professor at one of the nation’s top medical schools, and director of a facility that provides sexual therapy for women and couples.
Now add purveyor of sex toys to that list.
The 4 Function Thor Dong is a variant of the standard vibrator – a vibrating bullet ensconced in plastic, rubber, or silicone. What distinguishes the Thor from others is its design and the placement of the vibrating bullet. The Thor’s head has an apparently art deco inspired swirl at the top which adds some pleasant sensations during the initial penetration. Once inserted, the vibrating bullet stimulates the area between your g-spot and vaginal opening.
The vibrations are strong and the location of the vibrating bullet allows the vibrations to be felt throughout the vagina. Placing the vibrating bullet at the head of a vibrator provides a very localized sensation. That’s not the case with the Thor. While the Thor cannot directly stimulate the clitoris or g-spot, it can provide a very pleasant hum that radiates throughout the vagina.
The Thor Dong has four different vibration settings:
1) buzzbuzzbuzzbuzzbuzzbuzzbuzzbuzz
2) buzz…buzz…buzz…buzz…buzz
3) buzzbuzz...buzzbuzz…buzzbuzz…buzzbuzz
4) buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
The vibrations are powerful, but the control panel can be finicky. Sometime it takes a single push to change settings. Other times, one push can be too much and the setting you’re aiming for can be skipped.
The suction cup base serves more of an aesthetic role than a functional one. While it adheres to a wide range of surfaces, the suction bond is weak enough to become dislodged with the slightest pressure. The Thor sticks to paint, linoleum, and ceramic, but it does not stick well enough to allow for hands-free use. Think of the Thor not as a suction cup vibrator, but as a vibrator that happens to have a flared base that looks like a suction cup.
Although the Thor could be used as an anal vibrator, the head’s design does make penetration difficult. The design and location of the bullet provides the Thor with some potential as an anal toy, but only for those with anal experience.
The Thor is made from TPR. It’s porous (use a condom if you share and if using it anally) and can’t be disinfected with boiling water, but it’s also compatible with all lubricants and cleans up easily with soap and water or toy cleaner.
