The good, the bad and the dildo.
Easy to clean, easy to use. It's delicate so be careful with how vigorous you are. No taste or odor. Easy to use with straps.

Pros
Good texture and vibration, long, easy to care for.
Cons
Delicate and hard to be discreet with.
I'm going to start off by saying that the one that I received was broken when it got to me. One of the links in the spine had popped out of joint, and on the inside of the door that keeps the batteries in, there was a ridge of plastic that would not allow the thing to close when there were batteries in it. So most if not all of my issues with this particular toy are clouded by the fact that my first impression was “non-functional.”
That said, it’s not a bad toy.
The well defined ridges and veins contrasted with the smooth texture surface works really well for both internal and external stimulation. The vibrator also works really well especially when coupled with the spine since it helps to move the vibration all the way down either shaft. It’s been my past experience that dildos that are made from softer materials and that have vibrators tend to lose the vibration about half way down their shafts.
It would be good to keep in mind, though, that it’s kind of delicate. The ball-joints that make up the internal articulated spine will pop out of place without much pressure applied, so use should be moderated; you’re likely to end up with a bunch of misplaced ball joints if you’re too vigorous with it.
It’s also pretty long on either side of the middle battery console. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you use it. I tend to use double-enders with straps, in order to keep better control. This can be really difficult if you’re trying to use your hands, since they can be kind of slippery and awkward.
This one works particularly well with straps because of the spine. It stays in place pretty well, and doesn’t move around much.
There’s no real discernable taste or odor which is a nice change from some of the others that I have owned.
It’s easy enough to keep clean, with soap and water. Personally, I would suggest getting some toy cleaning wipes or a spray. There is a battery pack in the middle so boiling and soaking are big no-no’s.
It’s also very big and brightly colored and kind of difficult to be discreet with. My other double-headers are all foldable for the most part. This one is not. It has a hard plastic battery pack in the middle and the delicate joints make it difficult to put somewhere out of sight, so a long box would be a good thing to have if you have the need to keep your toys out of sight.

Follow-up commentary

This toy really took some time for me to get used to since it is so long on either side of the middle battery console. But with a little finagling and an adventurous partner we've found ways to make it work. It's not as flexible as I would like for it to be but it functions fine otherwise.

No, I did not get it replaced as it serves a good purpose despite it's flaws.
Thank you for the suggestion, I will look into the Lady Lambada.
