The BEST Lipstick Vibe
The Kandi Kisses lipstick vibrator is a cute and fun vibrator that is well-made and works well. It's rechargeable, which reduces the size and the need for batteries, and it also is very easy to control.

Pros
Brilliant design, Rechargeable, Pretty discreet, Easy to control, Lid stays on well
Cons
"Meh" packaging, Vibrations could be stronger
The Bedroom Kandi Kandi Kisses vibrator is a small plastic and silicone vibrator. It's rechargeable, and it also features 7 different vibrational patterns. It's waterproof, and it includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty as well. At about four inches long with a diameter of less than an inch, it is slightly larger than a regular tube of lipstick. It's also, as far as I know, the only lipstick vibrator that's rechargeable.
The packaging for the Kandi Kisses is pretty small, but it matches the rest of the packaging for the Bedroom Kandi line. The outer box is a plain, black box that has the logo and everything. Inside this outer box, this is a firm cardboard box. This box is black, and it opens up to show you the vibrator's tray and the charger for the lipstick vibrator. The packaging doesn't feel as luxurious as I was hoping it would, but it does do a good job of storing this lipstick vibrator for when it's not in use.
I'm actually very much in love with the design of the Kandi Kisses. In fact, it's one of my favorite aspects about it. The black portions of the vibrator are all plastic. The pink, however, is actually silicone, and it's the type of silicone that has a slight drag to it. The lid stays really nicely and firmly on the vibrator unless you want to use it (then it pops off easily like a lipstick lid would), and when sealed shut, it's actually pretty darn discreet - much more so than most other lipstick vibrators. The only thing that would give it "away" is the fact that the tip doesn't really have much of a slant to it like most lipsticks have.
Like previously stated, the Kandi Kisses vibrator is rechargeable. It charges via the base. You actually can't see the charging port at first glance (it looks like another button), but you just have to force the plug in through the port. The instruction guide gives you a diagram. The vibrator may turn on from you accidentally hitting the control button when you attempt to charge it. The Bedroom Kandi Kandi Kisses only charges via the included USB charger, so it can't be plugged into the wall without an adapter. As I'm usually near my computer anyways, this does not bother me, but if it's something you're not used to, this may be a problem. My other complaint about this is that it has no light or anything to notify me that the vibrator is charging, but it did seem to charge okay even without the nofication light.
Controlling this vibrator is really simple, and I must admit that I was worried about it. With a lipstick vibrator like this, the assumption is that you can carry it in your purse or pocket without working. If one touch of the control button (at the base) turned it on, we'd be in trouble! However, Bedroom Kandi thought of that. In order to turn it on or off, the button must be held down for a couple seconds. While it's still possible to turn it on accidentally in a purse, it's much, much less likely when the button has to receive constant pressure like it does. Once on, all you have to do is press the button again to continue to cycle through the vibration patterns that the vibrator lipstick has.
The vibrations are actually surprisingly quiet. When the lid is removed and the vibrator is pressed up against something (presumably, your body), the vibrator is very, very hard to hear in the same room with any music or noise going on. (For example, with the television on, my partner couldn't hear this in the same room). The vibrations are not the strongest, but they are on the moderate side. They may not be able to get all people to orgasm, and they're on the buzzy side, but if you're more sensitive to vibrations, the vibrations of the Kandi Kisses vibrator should work for you.

Experience
During use, while this vibrator isn't strong enough for orgasm, it's fantastic in all other ways. The speed settings work well, the patterns feel pleasurable, and the silicone glides up against the body without much drag (my favorite kind!). There isn't any plushiness to the silicone of the vibrator, so it doesn't "absorb" any of the vibrations. The handle, because of the texture on it, is pretty easy to grasp, but it can get more slippery (because it's plastic) if you have any sort of lubricant on your hands. The sound is pretty quiet, and if you need a vibrator that needs to be discreet, this one actually works really well. I'd be comfortable enough with this one to take it out in public - though not in a dead-silent room like a bathroom stall.
To clean this vibrator, as it's waterproof, you don't have to be the most careful. It's only compatible with water-based lubricant as it's silicone, but it also fits into a condom if you want to use it with multiple partners or use other lubricant with it. For storage, you can easily keep it in the packaging, or it can be kept out on its own since it has the full plastic outside. For regular cleaning, just use warm soap and water.
I do like the Kandi Kisses lipstick vibrator. I think the vibrations may not be strong enough for all people, but aside from that, it really is one of my favorite discreet vibrators and lipstick vibrators. The design is basic, the silicone feels nice and silky on my skin (my favorite!), and it's very easy to hold and to discreetly store.
