If you like being teased and frustrating until you can orgasm then this is great for you, otherwise, don't be fooled by the claims and good price. I wouldn't buy this again, if it were a dollar! It stops working and irritated me so much that I gave up on trying to figure out all the modes.

If you can get it to work: the 10 speeds Travel pouch, discreet
Cons
It is a teaser in a bad way because it stops working almost all the time, coating can scratch off
The Fish and Bait is a tiny micro clitoral bullet with a heck of a lot of power. It has ten speeds and patterns and is fairly discreet because of its size and noise level. It also comes with batteries and a key-chain attached. It will withstand water also and they even throw in a travel case for free too! Can you believe that low price?!?!?!? I can...this thing sucks! You get it off the lot and it never works the same, just like a used car you got chumped into buying because the deal sounded so good. TOO good...to be true.
The small bullet and power pack is made of really nice feeling but cheap plastic. It is phthalates and latex free, hypo-allergenic and food-grade. The bad thing about this plastic is that the coating on it that makes it feel so nice, can actually be scratched off. This paint job is not impressive! There is no smell or taste either. The carrying pouch is made of like a fake leather vinyl material.
This bullet is teeny tiny; the smallest one I have ever seen or used. It is barely an inch long! It is literally the size of like a Tylenol PM or a Woman's One a Day Vitamin which is a good reason to keep this away from children. The connecting cord has a small supposedly water tight seal and then the cord is super thin and pretty short. It attaches to the pack like headphones would. The bullet is supposed to look like the bait and then the power pack is supposed to be the fish...it is actually shaped like a fish. My boyfriend gave me so much flack for this toy since he thought the design was so ridiculously funny.
The pack is small too-2 1/2" x ~1 1/4". There is a red light for power that is the fish's eye. There are two buttons, one for power, and one for mode. At the end of the fish's tail is a 3 1/2" long metal chain. This is kind of silly if you ask me. I don't know who would be attaching this to their bag or belt loop, but its there if you want it.
The travel pouch is cheaply made, but does the job. It's about 4" x 4 1/2" and just like a pouch with a snap to close it at the top. Because of the size and the little travel bag it is discreet and great for travel. It can fit in a small purse even.
To use this toy, you turn the power button on which starts the first of 10 modes, if you can get the toy to go through all of them that is! Mine kept shutting off for some reason at number 3. In order to get past it I would have to click the button super fast. What is weird is that when I was just playing with this and not trying to masturbate, it worked just fine. So that is how good the quality is...it broke super quick. Here are the modes if you can get to them:
1. A lower than average moderate steady vibration with low noise level
2. An average vibration with a slightly higher noise level but still quiet (it even turned off during my review when I left it on this vibration and I wasn't touching it!)
3. A slightly higher than average vibration level, and louder-might be heard through a door
4. A moderate level vibration fast pulsing-same noise level (it took me forever to get it past this level)
5. A moderate level of vibration is a more random pulsing pattern
6. Starts off really low and steady and goes up to the highest level of vibration that this has (#3) and then steadily goes back down again
7. A low pulsing that gets gradually more intense and then goes down again-this one is quieter
8. A high pulsing with pauses
9. A steady high vibration with pulsing, then repeats
10. I gave up trying to get the toy to go all the way to last level...I don't think I ever got there. The toy kept turning itself off and I got so pissed I quit!
When the vibrations worked they felt great! They would get me excited and shut off...making me frustrated. The good ole' bait and switch I suppose! For all I know, maybe this toy is supposed to do that. This toy isn't waterproof as it is advertised. The bullet MIGHT be but the battery pack isn't and the cord is too short to use with this effectively.
Care for this? Ummm...throw it out?! If you get this to work and want to clean it take extreme care to not soak it. Just use a damp cloth to wipe the bullet down and don't share this since it is porous. To store, put it in the little travel baggie. If you want to use a lubricant, you can use any although I doubt you will need it.
The packaging is typical-plastic case with a picture of some naked chick in the background not even using the toy. It cracks me up that eden put their leaf over her breast because it is actually blurred and pixelated on purpose in the picture. You really don't need it because of the pouch, so just ditch it. The back has tons of information but you will literally need a magnifying glass to read it-no joke!
I am giving this fishie 1 star. It pissed me off-literally and I hate the teasing! It doesn't work correctly, isn't waterproof, and the coating can scratch off. If this were to have worked, I still would have given it only 3 stars, for the silly packaging and impossible to read info as well as the cheap cord and pouch.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it2 months after original review
I would never buy the Fish and Bait again. I don't even think I'd buy it for a gag gift. I wouldn't want to support a company who produces products of quality like this. I can't recommend it to anyone and wish that I could get my money back even though it was so cheap!
