That's the Spot?
A great idea in theory, but lacks a little in the execution. The G-spot attachment doesn't quite go deep enough to properly stimulate my wife's G-spot, but of course all anatomies are different. My wife does enjoy it, though not nearly as much as she though it would.

Pros
Dual stimulating.
Cons
Material used, plastic smell, doesn't fit well on Hitachi
Most people who own a lot of sex toys at some point will consider a Hitachi Magic Wand. And a lot of people have purchased one through the years and for good reason. I've got power tools in the garage with less RPM's than the Hitachi. But it can be a little bit of a one-note stimulator at times. So what do you do, you buy accessories of course! The Miracle Massager Accessory by Cal Exotics is designed to turn your Hitachi in a multi-talented machine.
I would be careful with giving this as a gift. Because with the packaging there is no hiding what you are giving to the recipient. It comes in a plastic clam shell package with the massager (which is a clear-ish pink) visible in the packaging. A little cardboard insert is around the massager detailing the name and the company logo. Discrete it is not. I would not recommend using the packaging for storage, clam shell packaging could work, but as soon as I opened this the packaging wouldn't close again and it went into the trash very quickly.
The massager is made from PVC. It rates a 2 on the Material Safety Scale here at EdenFantasys. While not like other jelly toys we have owned in the past, it is pretty close. It does have some bend to it, but also retains its shape well, especially upon insertion.
The massager is 6 1/4" long, with about 3" of that length being insertable. It has a circumference of 3 1/2" and a diameter of 1 1/8". you use the massager by placing it over the cap of your Hitachi Magic Wand. The bulb fits into place and then you insert the massager and turn on the power.
I would recommend using lube with this, because putting it on and removing it is almost impossible otherwise. This is not truly designed for the Hitachi, but it does fit in a pinch. I realized this after we had used it a few times and I have been on the hunt for something more compatible with the Hitachi. Until then we'll keep using this attachment. But some lubricant, water-based and not silicone, would be a great help for allowing the attachment to fit easily.
Once you have the massager on the Hitachi, (or whatever massager you are using) you insert the attachment and turn it on. This is designed to be dual-stimulating, with an angled shaft designed to stimulate the G-spot, and a base with little bumps or nubs on it designed for clitoral stimulation. While every woman's anatomy is different, I would say that if you have a shallow G-spot this won't be the best toy for you. The angle on the shaft and the depth after insertion didn't stimulate my wife's G-spot. She enjoyed the penetration and the feelings, but it didn't actually stimulate the G-spot. The clitoral nubs are very firm and if you are too vigorous with your thrusting it can be painful. When you are a little more controlled it is pleasant, and my wife did have several orgasms with this.
Cleaning is difficult with the material on this toy. Since it is PVC you cannot fully sterilize this, but I recommend soap and water as well as a toy cleaner, or anti-bacterial wipe and then left to dry. We do both of these for cleaning, and while it might be overkill, we haven't had any problems with this as of yet. I would store this in a toy drawer, but on its own, perhaps wrapped in tissue paper or in a Ziploc bag. You want it covered as much as possible so that lint or microbes don't collect on the accessory.

Experience
I'll admit I was disappointed with this. My wife loves the Hitachi but really doesn't like this a lot. It is too shallow to stimulate her G-spot. The clitoral nub is okay, but if she just wants clitoral stimulation she'd just use the Hitachi. While it's not a total dud, she does enjoy the power of the Hitachi with the accessory inside of her, she's just okay with it. I think there are other and better options out there if you are looking for accessories with the Hitachi, or any other massager.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
After two more months this toy is no longer with us. It never was stimulating to my wife, and was very difficult to put on and take off of the Hitachi. I mentioned this in the original review, but I don't think I emphasized how hard it was to take on an off of the Hitachi head. Without lubricant it would really be just about impossible.
I would not recommend ordering this at all if you are planning on using it on the Hitachi, it just doesn't work. It's designed for another massager and won't provide you with the sensations you're hoping for. When unloading some new goodies recently we were running out of room in the toy box and this was the first item to go for us.
