Thanks, but I'll Stick to My Finger.
This is one of those toys that deserves to go straight to the sale rack! Not only does it not apply enough pressure to the clitoris, but the power button has a mind of its own. That's a shame because the little bullet actually has some power to it, but it can't even be used without the sleeve without the risk of fluids entering the exposed power button and electrical components. Save your money for something better, because this toy is nothing special.

Pros
Hypo-allergenic TPR sleeve, compact, fairly strong bullet, extra batteries included, water-friendly.
Cons
Trippy on/off switch, "finger" does not apply firm pressure.
The Happy Fingers Caress From Evolved Novelties delivers nothing more than a light butterfly kiss to areas such as the nipples, labia, and clitoris. If you (or you and your partner) are looking to indulge in no more than a sexy little foreplay session with some gentle teasing, it may fit the bill, but it's probably not going to be nearly enough to have you screaming with pleasure. For those that only require the slightest touch to get off, lucky you! For the rest of you hardcore toy enthusiasts, I suggest you keep shopping around.
MATERIAL & TEXTURE
Happy Fingers is nothing more than a small pink plastic micro-bullet covered with a squishy, removable TPR silicone sleeve in the general shape of a butterfly with wings. Its main body is the "finger". The texture is smooth all over with the exception of some etching on the backside of the wings that are just there for visual appeal. The TPR has a cloudy, semi-transparent appearance to it and comes in your choice of pink or purple. It's a decent choice for those looking for a body-safe, mid-price range, semi-porous (don't share) material. TPR is designed to be fairly soft and flexible, which can either work for or against the effectiveness of a toy. In this case, it works against it (unless you are looking for a light play toy). Additionally, this toy has so much drag, you can actually hear it when you brush your finger against it. The surface isn't exactly sticky, it's dry feeling, but it can attract lint.
DESIGN
It's very small and discreet, weighing just under 2 ounces with batteries and measuring 3 inches long. The wingspan extends up to 3 inches, which is large enough to tickle the labia while the main finger delivers pinpoint stimulation to the clitoris. It attaches to the user's finger by way of a stretchy 1-1/2 inch wide band of TPR located on the back between the wings. It was tight on my index finger, so someone with very thick fingers may find it too constricting. The "finger" is slightly curved for precise, pinpoint stimulation, but it's also so flexible that it doesn't apply firm enough pressure to any area, which made it a big disappointment for me. There's no smell or taste.
As mentioned, the TPR sleeve is removable, but the bullet cannot be safely used independently without the risk of fluids entering in to the area around the black on/off button, because it exposes a portion of the inner parts. Hence, without the sleeve, the toy is not water-friendly. Sleeve on, it's tight enough to keep most water droplets out, but I don't recommend using this one submerged in the bath.
PERFORMANCE
This is one of those grab-and-go, quick-start toys, that includes the batteries, including an extra set. Usually this battery size (#76 watch battery style) doesn't last long because these little bullets are power hogs. It does come with a one year warranty, if it even lasts that long. Truthfully, you'll be lucky to get more than a year out of it.
Batteries are inserted via a twist off cap on the bottom of the toy. The 3 speeds (low, medium, and high) are activated by pushing on the soft, raised button of TPR located on the belly side of the main body. This simply covers a black button on the plastic bullet, so it needs to be lined up correctly if the sleeve is removed for any reason. Sometimes it turns on, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it only gave me two speeds, sometimes the third would appear out of nowhere. If the bullet could be used alone, it would deliver enough intensity and firm pressure; however, with the sleeve on, it seems to created to much of a buffer to really feel the true strength of the vibrations. These do radiate through the TPR, but they are weakened. Noise-wise, it's pretty quiet, delivering just a high speed whirring sound that is a little rattly.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
When cleaning the toy, it should be safe to get under a little running warm water and wash with anti-bacterial soap then left to air-dry. Keep away from other toys when storing, as TPR has a habit of melting when coming in contact with other toys. The plastic clam-shell package could be used for storing it, but a plastic bag sprinkled with a little cornstarch works better. Either a silicone or water-based lubricant can be used on this toy.

Experience
At first I though it was cute, but I started having issues with it as soon as I tried turning it on. Once I got it running, I began working it over my clitoris, but the pressure wasn't enough for me to feel the vibrations and if I crammed it on my clit, the finger just bent in half. Perhaps with a shorter finger, it would have been a better design. The way it is though, it's just disappointing.
Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
After my initial test of this toy, I was not impressed enough to use it again. Some users seem to really enjoy the light touch of this toy, but if like me you enjoy FIRM pressure, this isn't the one for you.
