When I first received my dandelion I was a little surprised at how firm the base was. It doesn't have much give at all, usually sleeves have a little more stretch to fit easily over whatever they go over. So I set out to figure out what I had that would even fit inside this sleeve. Most of the bullets I own are too slim and most vibes are too large. I found 2 things that fit into this sleeve. First, a fat sort of egg shaped bullet with a 1 inch diameter. Secondly, a smooth slimline vibe with a little over an inch diameter. With either the vibe or the bullet the dandelion only cover the very top of the toy.

Once I got the Dandelion paired up with a couple toys, I set out to see what this little cutie could do. I turned on the bullet and the spines jumped to life. I turned up the power on the bullet and the Dandelion was visually a blur, the vibrations carry very well throughout each and every spine.

The firm base is 1 inch in diameter (3 1/4 inches circumference), Measuring around the spines is 1 3/4 inches in diameter (5 1/2 inches in circumference.) The Dandelion will cover 1 1/2 inches of the end of your toy, but it stands just shy of 2 inches. The spines on the Dandelion start out shorter at just shy of 1/4 of an inch and get gradually longer and end up at 1/2 an inch at the very top.

The great thing about the Dandelion is the spines are a little firmer than a lot of other tickler type toys, but not so stiff that they don't bend and move when pressed against your skin. Other toys I have used have super soft ticklers that just mash up against your skin when using any type of pressure.

The Dandelion can be cleaned easily with anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner and rinsed with warm water. This little cutie is made of elastomer and cannot be sterilized, so no sharing unless you use a condom. Using a condom with this sleeve kind of defeats the purpose, but for the price you could easily get on for each of you.

After a few more uses my Dandelion got a crack and then split up the side so I had to toss it out. It was great while it lasted, but I think its small size and having to stretch it onto things made it wear out very quickly.
