The superstar vibe by Doc Johnson was much more than I expected! I love the design of my new superstar vibe! It is hot pink & ribbed around entirely. Fuschia, orange, and royal blue are the additional color options you have in this design. The superstar vibe's size seemed perfect for me, because it is similar in length and width to my boyfriend. It wasn't too big, and wasn't too small with 6.5 inches of insertable length. Considering the battery cap and dial is only an extra inch; the total length is approximately 7.5 inches with a circumference of 3.75 inches. It is not very discreet, as soon as you look at it you can tell obviously what it is used for, making the superstar vibe by Doc Johnson not exactly "travel friendly" in my opinion, but it can easily fit in your purse if you do not care who sees it.

Though the vibrations are concentrated in the tip, even on the lowest setting you can feel strong vibrations throughout the entire toy! 2 AA Batteries are not included, but needed for this toy to function. When inserting batteries, you must unscrew the clear cap to the left. Once the cap is off, you place both batteries in positive side in first, leaving the negative side towards the cap. Screw the cap back on and your toy is ready for use!

You control the intensity of vibrations with a dial on the bottom, it is a little stiff and hard to move with one hand though. Some might consider this a plus though, since it will not be easily turned on when stored near other toys. You turn on this toy the same way, just turn the dial a little to the left and it will start vibrating. Even on the lowest setting, the vibrations are pretty loud and powerful.

On the lowest setting, you can hear the toy under the covers but NOT through a closed door. When the toy is turned up at full speed, you can very clearly hear the vibrating sound through a closed door. Superstar Vibes by Doc Johnson is a wonderful toy, but due to the noise level I would stay away from this one when living with a roommate. Since this toy is operated by a dial; you just gradually turn it and stop at whatever level of vibrations you like. The superstar vibe IS waterproof, but I did not get to see how this performed in water just yet.

Since the superstar vibe is made of plastic, you can clean it with any antibacterial soap and hot water or isopropyl alcohol. Due to all the ribs I took a little extra time to clean this. I used isopropyl alcohol with cotton balls and wiped it down thoroughly. Next I took Q-tips with alcohol and cleaned inside all the ribs very good. Overall, caring for this toy will not be too bad!

I decided to save the packaging and store my toy in original packaging for as long as possible. This toy does not collect any fuzz or lint, and there's no material concerns so feel free to store this with other toys if you would like. As I mentioned earlier; water, oil, and silicone lubricant are all safe to use with this plastic toy.

This toy came in just a plastic container; plain, simple, and minimal. There were no instructions included, but I find it to be common sense and instructions are not needed. Since packaging was minimal but study I am currently using it as current storage. The front of the packaging simply says, "Monique, Superstar, Superstar Ribbed Vibes -for extra pleasure". It also states on the front that this toy is waterproof.

The back of the package reads as follows, "We asked each vivid girl for her favorite color and her favorite feeling, we got 'royal blue, orange, hot pink, and fuchsia and ribbed.' I am so glad I picked out this toy! As soon as I opened it I knew I would love it. The super strong vibrations made for a fun time! I am also super excited to try it out in the shower, and with my boyfriend.
