Squirmy
Overall, I am satisfied with this toy. I wouldn't say it is the most outstanding there is, but it will do what it needs to do, whether all the features work together or not. For the price, the quality is great! I am only giving this an overall rating of 3 because I'm not pleased with the location of the clit bullet.

Pros
Quiet vibrations. Decent vibrations in the shaft.
Cons
Weird control panel. Loud rotation shaft.
When I first ordered this online, I thought that it was going to be bigger than what it really was, but when I opened it, it was the perfect size! When I ordered this, I thought that my favorite feature would be the little piece the stimulates your clit, but I wasn't all that satisfied. It wasn't exactly placed where I would need it to be, but that does vary from person to person. And also, the intensity of the vibration of the clit stimulation bullet wasn't what I was expecting either, but it is okay and does the job. I do favor the bullet in the tip overall.
I really didn't care to much for the rotating shaft, but that could be because I have to be discreet, and I get worried because it just seems too loud. When I do use the rotating shaft, I like that you can reverse the motion of the rotation; but if you aren't using the toy correctly, the rotations can be seen as useless because you are having to chase around the toy with your hand to keep it inside of you. The vibrator itself is quiet, so as long as you aren't using the rotation, you should have nothing to worry about. If you have a fan in your room, or light music playing, it shouldn't be heard, unless you've got weirdos with their ears up to the door.
It is made of jelly, which I don't really like to recommend if you would be sharing a toy or using it for anal and vaginal because jelly is just so darn hard to completely clean. If you do decide to share, or swap between anal and vaginal, I'd suggest using a condom.
When I first went to use this, I had thought I had a defective toy because I put the batteries in and pushed all the buttons, and it wouldn't do anything. After playing around with it, and not tightening the cap nearly as much as I did the first time, it powered right on. The control panel isn't that great since it is flat, it makes turning the toy off, on and changing between settings kind of hard mid-play.
The toy says that it is waterproof, however I haven't tested that feature. As I said before, I have to be discreet, and have to share a bathroom. Also, when you first open the toy, you will get a noticeable smell that I have noticed a lot of toys have. Just clean it with a toy cleaner, or mild soap and water.
When I use this, I usually start out with a low setting, and when I'm almost there, I move it up to the medium setting. I haven't used it on high yet, but some of you may.
This toy does take 3 AAA batteries, and it comes with a little battery cradle that you put them in. It is very easy to figure out. If you are a beginner, this would be perfect for you, but I wouldn't limit it to just beginners. One last thing, like most Doc Johnson products, this toy works best with fresh batteries.

This one has made me happy lately. After a few failed toys, this one came in for the rescue! I'm slowly starting to like the rotation, but it is taking some time.
