Sparkly, Yes...Worth It, No
Probably better suited to a beginner who doesn't need much vibration, or to someone looking for a decent, and that's being generous, scoop vibrator.

Pros
Great PVC material
Cons
Inconsistent vibration, design flaws with position of the heads
After receiving the Jelly Sparkle Scoop in the mail, I was a little confused as to the positioning of the scoop in relation to normal female anatomy. But I’ve misjudged toys before and held out hope that California Exotic had some special design plan which I had yet to discover.
I hit the first major snag in design as soon as I opened the packaging and tried to put in the batteries. Now, I’d like to think of myself as an individual with moderate intelligence however it took me and two of my friends twenty minutes to figure out that there’s a transparent liner inside the battery compartment that needs to be removed. So in order to avoid an embarrassing few minutes remember to take out the liner!
I really hate writing negative reviews but this toy really disappointed me, and I can only hope that, once again, I got the defective one out of the bunch. After I finally got the batteries in I turned the Sparkle Scoop on to see the variations in speed and was somewhat unsatisfied at the lack of constant vibration. When put on the highest speed, the Sparkle Scoop had sufficient power for about thirty seconds and then almost downshifted like a car to a lower speed completely on its own. And to California Exotic’s credit there’s a section of the instruction manual that troubleshoots vibration problems; and after following the directions to pull the spring in the battery compartment for better contact, I was still disappointed in the sporadic and uncontrollable vibrations of the Sparkle Scoop.
The only thing I liked about this toy is its PVC material. Granted it’s not the safest material, but its easy maintenance (with either toy cleaner or warm water and antibacterial soap) makes it a favorite in my toy box. I also liked the fact that the Sparkle Scoop is waterproof, although it’s a little louder than I’d like it to be, very audible through the bathroom door.
All in all, I have to give this toy two stars because of its lack of constant vibration, the oddly positioned heads, and just the overall dissatisfaction with the Sparkle Scoop.

It looks like it cups around the clit...how well does it fit against you?
-
It looks like it would cup well, however the head is almost completely flat. There are small, and I mean small knobs on the head, but they don't help at all.
-
Awkward looking thing, isn't it?
-
I agree with Carrie. And what's that little thumb sticking out for?
-
Just in case the larger head isn't enough direct stimulation. You can use the "thumb" for direct clit action. At least that's what I'm assuming.

A more recent reviewer said the instructions gave tips on how to fix the battery connection problem- Did you try the instructions?

Awesome review! Anything that sparkles makes me pretty darn happy, but when I saw this my immediate thoughts were 'Oh cute and sparkly!!!!! EW! scrapers?! Yikes' lol. I then saw that it has a cup design which im very fond of in my cliterrific cup and have wanted a cup design that will cup around the clitoris and vibrate. I love my cliterrific cup more than anything, but the cup part doesn't vibrate! So, this one sounds like a serious problem. Lol. It looks pretty, but if the company has to have a troubleshooting section for EVERY toy, that's a major flag to me. I've dealt with cal exotics and they were true nightmares, not sex toys, but nightmares! All of em'! I applaud you for being brave enough to try this. That one scraper thingy looks painful to me. I think you did a wonderful job reviewing him though! I sure do wish this baby was made better. What a disappointment.
