Sorry Cupid, it's 'Like' not 'Love'
This toy is enjoyable and has longevity. If not for the confusion over the material I would give it four stars. If you enjoy girth, texture and your choice of vibrations, pick it up next time it's on sale.

Classify this as an "oldie but goodie". I've had this girthy vibrator for a year, and it remains a part of my toy collection. While I don't love it, I like it so much that I won't take a match to it (to test/verify the material) as the Shaki Toys manufacturer lists as silicone, but EF says is TPR. At least both sides agree it's "waterproof". I have taken this into the shower without a problem so it's definitely water-resistant, but I haven't done a submersion test - I'll leave that to braver, more altruistic souls.
The vibrator is an attractive blush pink with a stacked wave of ridges that almost reach the tip. It has a matte finish which is nice to touch, but can become sticky if not maintained. If it's for your use only, soap and water will do for washing. If you plan on sharing with your partner, a 10% bleach solution is the better choice, or use a condom.
The spongy head of the toy is the smallest part at about 1¼" in diameter. It's slightly bulbous, though nothing much compared to the ridges. The ridges are pronounced, starting small but quickly increasing in amplitude. I like them, but lubrication (natural or water-based) and relaxation are crucial. Even though the ridges are soft, there is no flexibility to the toy because of the vibrator casing within. The insertable length of the Cupid Kiss is 6", but the rigid structure and 1¾" girth make it a challenge for me.
The texture of the hard plastic base of the Cupid Kiss should make it easier to hold, but it doesn't help in my opinion. A little more length or a bend in the shape would have been more useful. The vibration control is a single push button on the bottom center and the source of some irritation. This toy offers variety - 8 different vibration settings - but having to cycle through settings I don't want while a toy is inside me is not my idea of fun. Nor is it any fun having to cycle past maximum power after I've had an orgasm to turn it off. (ouch!)
The vibration menu consists of:
1. Steady (buzz)
2. Steady, more powerful (buzz)
3. Steady, high power (buzz)
4. Steady-to-high, repeat (rumbly)
5. Pulse, medium power (rumbly)
6. Pulse, medium power, twice as fast (rumbly)
7. Steady, MAX power (buzz)
8. Cycles through the other 7 settings automatically (rollercoaster!)
The vibrations are strong and reverberate through the whole toy. Some of the higher settings can become numbing if the Cupid Kiss is used for an extended period, though it really depends on your tolerance. I don't believe the sound of the toy can be heard through a closed door, however if you share a room, you're going to want to wait for your roommate to leave before whipping it out.
The maximum vibration is intense and best suited for teasing the clitoris with the head. Just make sure your two AA batteries are new or fully charged, otherwise your session is likely to terminate prematurely. You should remove the batteries when done, but on the few occasions I've left mine inside the toy it hasn't drained them.
Clean up is easy, soap and water does the job. Initially the Cupid Kiss did not have a smell (other than the fresh-from-the-factory first time smell), however lately I've noticed that it's no longer scent neutral. It's not immediately noticeable or overpowering right now, but it leads me to believe it might not make another anniversary. After washing, I'd recommend air drying the Cupid Kiss since it attracts lint (hair, dust and dirt) like a magnet. Use a bag or case (not included) for storage unless you're willing to wash it before each use as well.
The size of the Cupid Kiss is all the deterrent I need against using it anally. To the more adventurous types toying with the idea, I recommend you don't. The material is not easily sterilized and should one manage to fit the ridges in, it would be too easy for the small base to follow. Also, the smooth, rounded shape of the base would not lend itself to easy retrieval.
For vaginal insertion beginners, if you start slow and don't insist on getting the whole enchilada in on the first try, the Cupid Kiss offers texture and a variety of vibration. Those qualities keep it fun while you build up to the girth.

Experience
Everyone's tolerance is different, but I always make a mental note to remove this vibrator as soon as I'm done. The level of comfort is directly proportional to my level of arousal. The longer I wait, the more likely the ridges will hurt on removal.
Follow-up commentary
10 months after original review
It was only a matter of time before the non-silicone material became an issue, and today I find myself tossing it into the trash, a few months shy of its second anniversary. The motor still works perfectly fine, but the TPR is compromised.
For what I paid (less than $20) and what it was (TPR) I enjoyed this toy a lot. It had variety, it had texture, and it was a solid performer all things considered. I didn't lavish too many stars on it in my review, but it gets a green heart for being a gratifying investment.
I've become more choosy about my toy materials, so I wouldn't buy this exact toy again. However, if there was a 100% silicone version of the same design I'd order it in a New York minute.
For now, so long Cupid, and thanks for all the kiss(es)!
