The design of the Envie massager is quite simple. It doesn't require any extra work. I actually love the design and the size of the Envie. I've been more into girhty toys lately and this does have quite some girth to it. The Envie has a length of 7 1/2 inches, a Insertable length of 5 inches, a circumference of 4 inches, a diameter of 1 1/4 inches, and a width of 2 1/2 inches. The Envie smooth massager is on the girthy side so if you aren't into girthy toys. I'd recommend thinking twice before ordering it.

It has a very sleek and smooth design makin it very easy to insert even though it's on the larger side. The end of the Enive smooth massager does come to a little of a point but this point is perfect for pinpoint stimulation for those of you who need it. The Envie smooth isn't flexible, so it doesn't have any give at all so what you are using it, you should use some caution.

I also love the handle of the Envie. It's actually my favorite part about it. I love that the handle is a circle. I does have a few pattern settings, and when needing to get to this setting. You need to hold down the buttons for a few second and it will take you to the patterns. The vibrations aren't the strongest. I would recommend them to anyone, but I wouldn't recommend them to people who need power house vibrations.

The vibration patterns are as followed:

1. Low steady vibration
2. Medium steady vibration
3. High steady vibration
4. Short pulses
5. Two short pulsations followed by one longer one.
6. Revving vibrations from low to high.

The vibrations aren't very loud. You could possibly hear it through your covers but you won't be able to hear it through a closed door. The Envie is waterproof and when used in water you don't be able to hear it, it also doesn't kill down the vibrations. The vibrations are just as strong as when using it out of the water. You can use this without the worry of roommate or anyone else hearing it.

The Envie smooth massager also has this cool added feature to it. It has these flashing lights on the ring of the handle. The lights match the patterns of the vibrations you are currently using. If you’re using revving vibrations the lights will flash in a revving pattern. It's a pretty cool light show; this also makes it easy to find if you lose it in the dark.

The only downfall with the Envie smooth massager is that its battery operated. It runs on two triple A batteries. I do wish it was rechargeable. One set of batteries have lasted me a couple of uses. I use mind on a pretty high setting and the batteries are still holding strong. When you aren't using the batteries you should remove them from the toy.

Caring for the Envie is pretty easy. You can wipe it down with your favorite toy cleaner. You can use mild soap and water. You can also use 10% bleach and water solution. It does pick up minor hair and lint so you may need to clean it before every use. When it comes to storing it, you can store it in the box that it comes in or your own toy box. When using lube you should only use water based lube.

The package is pretty cute. It's an all-black box. The item is pictured on the cover so it may not be perfect for gift giving. The actual box is sitting inside of this shell which is the part the toy is pictured on. Once you remove this you get to the actual box. The box does have a window and you can see the toy without even opening the box. Once the box is opened you will notice that your toy is sitting inside of this black foam. This foam is to protect your toy and to keep it in place. It does make good storage, but it's a little large so it would be better to toss the box.
