I'm fairly new to public play but liked the idea, and found this toy an affordable and intriguing option when I went looking.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and I, and it went beyond my wildest dreams! The vibrations aren't as loud as I expected, though you wouldn't want to use it in a quiet public place. If your partner is paying attention you can definitely use it at a bar or other place where there is ambient noise to cover a little buzzing.

The retrieval string is a great thing, made me relax a lot about the possibility of it getting "lost" up there.

You definitely want to pay attention inserting it, the ridge between the two halves of the bullet can make for a minor challenge, but if you make sure and lube up well it's not a problem. That ridge is also a place you want to pay attention to cleaning... Nobody likes a dirty toy! I like to clean this one twice, one over-all cleaning and one focusing on anywhere I think might not have gotten completely clean the first time around (the aforementioned ridge, the area around the base near the string, in particular.)

The vibration settings provide a varied and fun experience, and the remote works at a decent distance. We haven't done much public play at a distance so I'm not sure how clothes and distance will change the performance of the remote but so far we haven't had a problem.

The high settings are a little intense for me with direct clitoral stimulation but the lower and alternating settings are great for direct stimulation in bed.

I haven't gotten up the guts to come in public with this toy but it has made for some very interesting evenings after time out with friends and a couple of speedy exits.

All in all it's a lovely toy and I'm very happy with my purchase!
