The Cyberskin She Shell is meant for use as a clitoral stimulator. It is supposed to provide hands free pleasure for females alone, or even with a partner. The She Shell stays put on the clitoris allowing for penetration by another toy or partner if preferred! It contains a small bullet vibrator, in a squishy pink outer shell made of cyberskin, with leg straps to hold it in place. The leg straps themselves are stretchy and can be made smaller or bigger depending on the size you need. I'm anywhere between a size 16 and 22 and they fit snuggly, but they weren't uncomfortable. They can go pretty small, and may fit someone just a few sizes bigger than myself, but much more than that, they may be too uncomfortable. The straps are very easy to adjust while off, and not impossible while on. It's a little more work, and you may need some help, but they can be adjusted while on.

The She Shell of course, is not meant to be used vaginally or anally. It is for clitoral stimulation only. The bullet could slip out of the cyberskin shell and get lost in the vagina. Same thing with using it anally. Also, I'm sure it wouldn't be very pleasurable or comfortable to use vaginally or anally, in my opinion. The She Shell can be used at home alone or during intercourse with a partner. It probably can be used in public since it's quiet and can be hidden under clothes, but I personally would not, because it doesn't give me enough pleasure hands free. So I wouldn't get much pleasure without having my hands on it, which can't be done in public. It will all depend on how it fits each person, and their preference.

On first opening the package, the She Shell has a very strong smell of rubber. After holding the toy for just a few minutes to attach the straps, my hands smelled of rubber and had a greasy feeling. After a few washes, it still has a rubbery smell, but doesn't seem to be as strong. It's a very sticky material, even after being washed. When I washed it just the first time, a very small amount of the pink dye came off on the towel I used to dry it, so I recommend using an old towel. It only happened with the first wash, so after that you should be safe to use any towel.

The She Shell is made of Cyberskin which is supposed to feel like real skin. It is Phthalates free and Latex free. It is only compatible with water based lubricants. The soft squishy texture of the underneath side of the She Shell, containing the little nubs, brought a lot more pleasure than I was expecting. Since it was sticky, I didn't think it would feel that great, but it did. However, corn starch should reduce the stickiness, if used after each wash, before storing the toy.

The toy itself is very cute. It's a small pink shell on top, with a bullet in the middle, and some squishy nubs underneath, with two straps that go around your legs to hold the toy in place. It is definitely a beginner size toy, but some advanced users may enjoy it also. The She Shell is definitely easy to hide because of it's size. It does not however, come with a container to store it in. Since it is a sticky texture, it attracts much dust and lint. As long as you find some sort of small box or bag to keep it in, it would be a great travel toy.

I'm not sure if it's because of they way my body is built or not, but the toy did not seem to sit right on my clitoris, so I had trouble getting stimulation hands free. The main point of vibration, could not seemed to be focused in the right area, without some help. I did however, get more pleasure, by pushing down on the shell and focusing it in the area I needed. However the vibrations were still not strong enough to get me to the point of orgasm. Close, but not quite there. People who are sensitive to vibrations may find the vibrations enough. Since everyone is built differently, the shell may sit in the right place for someone else. It just didn't do it for me. I tried standing, sitting, and laying. I got the most pleasure from laying and applying pressure.

The vibrations seem to be located the most, in the center of the bullet. There are multiple speed settings, from low to high. There's one turn dial, and as you turn left or right, the speed will go gradually up or down. For me, the lower speeds were hard to feel. The highest speed did not seem to be too much for someone who is more sensitive to vibrations. It wouldn't be overwhelming. The turn dial is located at the top of the bullet, behind the shell. I found it hard to adjust settings while the toy was on. I had to pull the shell out away from myself slightly to be able to get to the turn dial. It's a very small skinny turn dial, which also makes it hard to get to.

The She Shell is a very quiet toy. Even on the highest setting. The lowest setting would be hard to hear by someone laying next to you with the slightest background noise, such as a television. The highest setting would be hard to hear from across the room. It's definitely safe to be used in a room with the door shut, and not be heard outside of the room.

When I received the She Shell, it did not come with many instructions or papers. It had a small little paper that explained how to put the leg straps on. I found it difficult to put the straps on, because the snaps were hard to fit through the space where the leg straps attached to the shell. However the snaps themselves were easy to snap once attached. The care instructions were on the cardboard insert in the package. The Shell itself, can be washed with soap and warm water. I would not suggest using any sort of chemicals other than a toy cleaner. To clean, it's best to remove the bullet and leg straps. You just have to wiggle the bullet out of it's pink shell surrounding. Just be careful not to rip the shell or it will not hold the bullet right. To keep the toy in it's best shape, dust with a little corn starch after washing and drying. This should help reduce stickiness. The straps can be wiped with a wet rag, and they are removable from the toy.

Since this toy attracts dust and lint, it should be stored separately from other toys, in a small box or ziploc bag, in a cool, dark place.

The She Shell came in a regular postal box with no signs of what was inside. The toy was in a plastic package, with a small squishy pink sample on the front, so you can test what the toy inside feels like. It's very easy to open, just pulling apart. There was nothing special about the package. It wasn't overly cute and probably wouldn't catch my eye in a store. The original package can be used for a gift, but it's definitely not as cute as some packages that come from Eden Fantasys. The package cannot be used to store the She Shell unless you take apart the toy each time, and remove the leg straps and are able to wrap them up tight, like they were originally in the package. Too much of a pain in my opinion.

This toy is meant for hands free clitoral stimulation, however did not accomplish that for me. Whether it be because of my build or size, that was my experience. With applied pressure, it made the She Shell more enjoyable for me personally. I have not had a chance to try out this toy with my partner yet, I look forward to doing so. It will allow for penetration by my partner while giving clitoral stimulation. I was not able to achieve orgasm with this toy, possibly because I own stronger toys, however, I hope to be able to orgasm with this toy and penetration from my partner, together. I definitely recommend this toy for solo play or for use with penetration for those who need more powerful stimulation.
