Simple design, sans rabbit.
The shape is phenomenal for some of us out there who are newbies to double vibes. It's shaped perfectly unlike others that are to big and hard to use. The smaller shaft makes for easy insertion. The curved clit simulator lines up perfectly to hot the spot.
Published:
Pros
powerful, g spot, simple controls, easy insertion
Cons
LOUD, jelly, battery door slips off
The rotating shaft has powerful speeds of rotating non-jamming, synchronized, metal beads. It has a very soft g-spot tip on it that is very gentle when inserted as well as a curved clit simulator.
The Slim stimulator G-spot vibrator is wireless (hooray!) and made from a sweet pink jelly rubber, which is PVC that has softeners added to it. The softening agent contains phthalates. This can cause reactions to some users. If you have adverse reactions to Jelly please, stay way from Jelly toys.
Since Jelly is also porous, these toys should be used with condoms when sharing with partners.
It's entire length is 8 1/2" inches which includes the control panel. The shaft is almost entirely translucent. It has a slight pull/friction while sliding your fingers down the shaft. It is quite smooth and barely has that 'plastic' smell, in fact it has a faint sweet smell to it, nothing that would be considered a turn off though. It's very faint.
The shaft of The Slim has an insertable length of 6 " inches and a modest diameter of 1" 1/8 inches. The shaft is made of jelly so do a skin test first (rub on the inside of you wrist and wait 24 hours to see you if you have adverse reaction to it). There in the middle of the shaft are 3 rows of 3 metal pearls, with 8 ribs going down the shaft. It is somewhat flexible on the top where the g spot stimulator is. When turned on the top of the shaft moves with the pearls, guaranteeing it will knock your g spot into sweet surrender. The Slim is light weight and doesn't strain the wrist after prolonged use as some longer vibes do.
The Slim takes 3 AAA batteries that are inserted behind the red hard plastic control panel. There is a removable door that slides off and is about 1/2 the size of the entire bottom girth. It comes easily off and back on. Too easily really but we will get to that later.
The control panel is about 2" inches long. There is raised print to show you 'High' on top and 'Low' on the bottom. The controls are heart-shaped up and down directional sliders. There are 5 settings for each vibration and rotation. This is nice since you can mismatch the 'high' and 'low' settings for each. The 'low' setting is faint on both ends of vibration and rotation, moving up a jump to each setting landing you in 'high' which could get even vibrational veterans off. You can feel the nook in between each setting letting you know that you are on '2' or '3' and so on and so forth. They are not marked to show you which setting you are on. You have to look to see where you are and go by the feeling when you slide it to each setting. There is NOT an indicator light displaying how much vibration and rotation speed you have set which was disappointing. To turn it off you have to slide both the vibration and rotation controls all the way to the bottom setting towards 'low'. The Slim eats batteries as expected. If stored with the batteries in place (which you never should do, I am guilty of this though) there is a chance it will likely turn on from being bumped, nudged, etc and drain them. So keep the batteries out when storing unless you have a treasure trove of batteries on hand.
The bullet itself is 3" 3/4 inches long and about 3 1/2 " inches around. It is a standard bullet encased in Jelly. It has 5 ridges around the girth of the bullet and a smaller but matching bent stimulator on the tip, in this case for the clit. It is extremely flexible making it great for fitting your body fairly well. It has strong vibrations (4 vrooms) that are transfered though the jelly well. You can see the wire from the bottom clear jelly, it is placed right on the bend where the shaft and clit piece meet. Be careful bending here as it could snap the wire.
Cleaning is finicky. Since jelly is porous, there are places for bacteria to hide so washing is very important. Use a very mild handsoap to clean (not even dish soap, no alcohol, no bleach). Keep in mind that Jelly toys cannot be sterilized and tend to wear out faster with frequent use.
Use condoms when switching orifices to fend off bacteria and UTI's.
Wash, rinse and let air dry.
Always keep your toys completely clean, dry and battery-less when storing.
Only water, and silicone-based lubricants should be used with jelly, and stay away from latex condoms when using jelly toys as it can ruin them.

Experience
Inserting it was a breeze for me, a small bit of lube and I was ready to go. Turning it on is comfortable once inserted. The controls are easy to reach once in. Moving the controls is super simple for myself or my partner. Once on,the rotating shaft hits all of the right spots and the beads are perfectly placed to stimulate me. The rotation felt wonderful on my labia, the curved tip hit my G-Spot again and again and again, and the small shaft was the perfect girth to give me the satisfied feeling I adore. It provides the perfect combination of vaginal and clitoral stimulation I need to orgasm. I almost always had to have the vibrations on 'high' as need stronger vibrations to get me off. Although, I did move the rotational slider freely; I liked to mix it up a bit. The sliders for the controls do more smoothly and once inserted it was easy to wrap my hand around the control base and move both of the controls with my thumb without being uncomfortable. My partner also enjoyed using The Slim on me making it great for solo play or partner play.
It is a loud one though, the mechanical crunching balls can be heard. Not to mention the bullet vibrations are bzzzzing like a storm of bees. The noise distracted me. There is no way that this toy could be used discreetly. You can easily hear The slim from the outside of a door. But when alone or with a partner it's a hit, noise or not.
I did have a reoccurring problem with the battery cover slipping off. That becomes annoying; the batteries never popped out when they were exposed. I have yet to figure out how to keep the door shut when in use. You could use tape but that seems unsanitary. It does become a mood killer, having to stop and replace the door time and time again. Sometimes we have to make compromises. :)
It is a pretty durable vibe, lasting me 2 1/2 years before retiring to the trash. Throughout that time it worked like a champ. The slim never shorted out when in use and never disappointed while in play. The color did fade a bit throughout the years and it did loose its glossy sheen towards the end.
The Slim one day decided it had all its fun and didn't want to turn on. Not too bad for the price, although I was sad putting it to rest, I personally think it had a great run and I am ready to upgrade. I do recommend this vibe for someone who is new to the 'rabbit' vibes, as it is slim and easy to use, it has a non threating demeanor to it and will help assist you in what works for your body. Not to mention the price is hard to pass by.

Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
Since it broke, as most rabbits do, I didn't rebuy it.
I found that the Passion Wave, found here is similar in shape but does a better job (at a higher price).
