Located in the center of the toy, about halfway down from the head, there are pearl shaped beads that are implanted to help stimulate upon insertion. They vibrate as well as move around inside the vagina, stimulating all erroneous zones, like the gspot and aspot, at the same time. The speed and vibrations of the shaft can be controlled with the other functions; that was my favorite part of the toy. It is easy to control all functions of this vibrator.

The jelly material it's made from can not be sterilized like silicone, so do not boil this. Clean it with warm water and toy-cleaner. Don't share this toy unless a condom is being used with it. You can use water or silicone based lubricants with this toy.

This toy did come with a storage box to keep it in after opening. Useful, easy to read instructions were also included.
