Very noisy; bullets are hard to remove.
Every once in awhile you find a toy that forces you to say, "Wow, they really DO understand female bodies." This is one of those toys.
One of the things that I have heard from people regarding multi-speed and multi-function vibrators is that you can't really tell the difference from one setting to the next. This is definitely not true with the Insatiable G|Silicone insatiable G - G-spot and clitoral vibrator. There are seven easily distinguishable vibrating functions that range from gentle and steady vibrations, to escalations that are reminiscent of a racecar.
One thing that was originally of concern to me was the size of the insertable portion. It's a mere 5" long and 1" in diameter, but you will probably realize when you're using this toy that you really don't need any more than that.
The small size of the insertable portion rests nicely against your G-spot if you're holding it still, and just a gentle rocking of the hips will provide you with intense simultaneous clitoral and G-spot stimulation|G-spot stimulation - G-spot 101 guide.
That little tongue-looking part of the clitoral stimulator, the part that rests directly on your clit--I was concerned about how well the vibrations would travel through and it would be completely useless. Boy was I wrong: especially on the higher settings, I really appreciated that tongue.
One really great feature about this vibrator was that if you decided you didn't want to use the purple sleeve part, you could take it off and just use the bullets. This can make for some great solo, or mutual masturbation with a partner using the bonus of extra features (such as the escalating setting) that many regular bullet vibrators|Egg and Bullet vibrators don't have.
This is made out of TPR silicone, making it safer than jelly or rubber, but use with a condom is still recommended.
My only real complaints about this vibrator are that first of all, the bullets are really difficult to remove at first, as it is hard to get a grip on them without pulling them out by the wires, as you can easily break the toy this way.
Second, it is pretty loud, with the highest settings being almost distracting they are so noisy. If you can look past the noise though, this toy ispretty wonderful.

This is only TPR silicone, it's not pure silicone. Unfortunately, TPR is semi porous and not nearly as resistance and substantial as opposed to 100% silicone.
