Shut up and kiss me!
I've had my eye on this for a little while, and when I ordered it, I was practically sitting on my porch waiting for it to arrive. This little butterfly did not let me down!

The Butterfly Kiss arrived in a pretty plain, basic, sealed plastic bag (like the packages McDonald's Happy Meal toys come in), with just the brand, product name, and bar code on it. Didn't seem to have a strong smell--although I've got a stuffy nose, so I may have missed it. It also came with a little piece of paper with the most absolutely vague battery instructions ever. It displays images of 7 different battery pack type diagrams for probably every single type of battery pack type the company uses in all of their toys. The diagrams don't even tell you what type of battery to use for each, thus rendering the instructions completely useless. So, for reference, this particular toy takes 2 AAs, and the (+)(-) signs are imprinted in the toy's battery case accordingly.
The toy itself was fairly faithful to the product picture. Exceptions are that the color (I got pink) is a bit deeper, and has a very nice shimmer, rather than a shine, and the plastic casing is sheer pink, although it's pictured clear/white in the product picture. The base says "waterproof" but I would actually peg it as "splash-proof," so it's okay in the shower, but not in the bath or pool.
The toy has one button at the base that controls on/off, and vibrating functions. There are only three vibrating functions: low, medium, and high. There are no patterns, only steady vibrations. "Low" was an alright warmer, but not enough, so I skip it when turning it on. "Medium" is the perfect build-up to "high," being the big finish. I think the increasing variations are perfect, "low" is truly low, "medium" is truly medium, and "high" is truly high, instead of "low" and "medium" both being different lows and "high" jumping WAY up there, or any other sort of weird jumps or disappointing similarities. The loudness of the vibrations are also very well associated with their settings. The volume of "low" is easily covered, "medium" can be heard, but can be stifled well, and "high" is hard to miss in the other room, but can be brought down to a medium buzzing if muffled appropriately.
I love the bulb. It's not intimidating whatsoever, I even find it quite inviting. It's not too big, it's not too small, it doesn't have the potentially intimidating, jabbing look of some more tapered g-spot stimulators, and its bulb-shape makes for smooth insertion and riding (I find rocking on the bulb instead of constant pressure more enjoyable).
With the combination of the vibrating clitoral butterfly and rocking on the g-spot bulb, this butterfly flew right up to my second-favorite toy. Perhaps it would have made the absolute top of my list if the butterfly had just reached a little bit further. However, it still tickled my fancy with its antennae, so I'm happy.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
This little butterfly has yet to let me down, and continues to be my favorite dual action toy. I couldn't do a more satisfactory job myself if I had vibrating fingers.
