This Lighted Shimmers Turbo Bullet is a bullet vibrator from California Exotic, designed to be used as a stimulant for erogenous zones all over your body such as your nipples, anal surface, and my favorite would be on my clitoris. I also tried this to use on my husband's penis and testicles. And boy, he enjoyed it as much as I did!

Being the curious me, I tried to insert the bullet in my vagina but I did not find it satisfactory as it cannot reach your g-spot due to its small size. Anyway, I don't think it was intended for that and yes, it even says in the package, for external use only. Also, do not ever attempt to insert the bullet in your anus. Although it is possible, the cord might break apart and this will pose a BIG problem.

This bullet is either intended for solo play, or for couple's foreplay act, alone, or with other insertable toy of your choice. I do not bring this with me in the shower because it is not fully waterproof.

The Lighted Shimmers Turbo Bullet is made up of a rigid ABS plastic material which is an 8 on Eden's safety scale, being phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free. There is no noticeable scent and it is definitely taste free. It has a shiny silver plating with a wavy pink plastic band in the middle. There is a cord connected to the bullet with a plug-in jack at the end. It is transparent and you can see the wire within it. It is a nice touch, I think.

The controller is also made up of the same plastic material with silver plating and black-colored controls on the sides. The texture is a combination of shiny and matte grainy finish. No noticeable scent or taste either. I find the controller somewhat cheap looking, though. It would be nicer, I think, if it was all shiny.

The Lighted Shimmers Turbo Bullet has no significant difference as compared with other vibrating bullets with controllers in terms of design, except maybe, the bullet is LIGHTED when in use.

The vibrator consists of two parts -- the bullet and the controller. The bullet is shaped like an elongated egg. It is approximately 2.5" long and 1" in diameter; it fits nicely on my palm. There is a wavy pink band of 1/2" in the middle. It is lighted when in use and brightens as the vibration intensifies. There is a cord of almost 3 feet long connected with a plug-in jack at the end. It is long enough to not get in the way when playing with your toy, and it is not easily tangled.

The controller measures approximately 5" by 2" with 3/4" thickness, just like your ordinary tv remote control. A brand logo is written on the front while there is a warning sign sticker at the back. The battery compartment is located at the back end. The control, which is a sliding button, can be found at the left side of the controller. A bit tricky to maneuver for those right-handed like me, but no biggie. The hole for the jack is sitting on the top.

Overall, it is a simple and easy to use vibrator that is suitable for all types of user. Although it is small and compact, it is not entirely discreet for those familiar with this type of toys.

Do not be fooled by the small size of this bullet. This bullet delivers extreme power! I could believe it at first, but it has proved its worth for a while now since I received it. The clitoral stimulation it provides really brings me to intense arousal. As a matter of fact, for those with heightened sensitivity, this might not be appealing. It might be too strong for them even with its lowest setting, as I noticed that the lowest vibration level is already medium in intensity.

The bullet is only capable of constant vibration of varying intensity and I like it that way. I am no fan of patterns. I also love that its design makes it capable of pinpoint stimulation, and the tip is where the vibration is more concentrated. It tends to numb my fingers while holding the bullet but as you feel the pleasure coming to near, it really doesn't matter anymore.

The bullet takes 3 AA batteries, not so environmentaly friendly, so I advise to use rechargeable if you have them. It is easy to operate by sliding up the button on the side. It turns on then as you crank it up, the vibration intensifies. There is not really enough variety -- from medium, medium-high, and then high vibration levels only. The bullet lights up when in use, and the light brightens as you increase the vibration setting.

The bullet is pretty quiet even when cranked up to the highest setting. It is not noticeable from closed doors but it can be heard under covers.

As I mentioned earlier, it is not entirely waterproof. You can wash the bullet, but not the controller. So, use it with caution if you want to play with it in the shower.

To clean it, you can use antibacterial wipes, and the bullet can be washed with soap and water or with any toy cleaner on hand. Do not immerse the controller in water, though.

Take out the batteries when not in use to prolong its life.

You can use any type of lube if need be.

I store mine in the plastic it came with, then back on its box.

The bullet was packed in a small box, very minimal. The package is not discreet at all because it has a drawing and contains some information about what's inside. It is presentable enough to be given as a gift. You can find the bullet and the controller inside a plastic bag, loosely packed. The box can be use for storage as I did. Other than that, a piece of paper with battery and how-to drawings is included, no other instructional manual is included.
