You can use this device anywhere on your body you wish. The bullet is very small and light weight. It's good for nipple stimulation, clitoral stimulation, or pretty much anywhere you want to put it. However anal use is not advised because if inserted it could be lost due to nothing stopping it from doing so. I found it was only really good for foreplay. Use during sex is up to the user, however I wouldn't use it vaginally while having sex because it gets hot and my husband wouldn't fit comfortably if I did so.

The vibrations are really weak for me, however first timers or persons who are sensitive to vibration or heat may like this bullet because of its size, shape, and/ or the fact that it heats up due to the LED light. If you don't like toys that get hot or you are very sensitive to vibrations this might not be good for you. If you like toys that get hot (and I mean hot) and you are looking for something for clitoral stimulation then this bullet is for you.

The Lighted LED Shimmers bullet is made from hard plastic. The bullet does have a seam all the way around the middle of it. The power pack is also hard plastic and both are see through. The on and off switch and the power increase is all one using a volume wheel found in the upper right hand corner. Controlling the "volume" of vibrations is easy but undefined. Also once you find the speed that works best for you, just put the power pack aside so that you will not need to worry about the settings changing on you. The power pack and the bullet are very smooth except for the seams. There is no smell to any of it. The bullet does light up and I found it to get really hot as far as temperature was concerned.

It also comes in two colors, a bashful pink and a lovely purple with an iridescent shine on the power pack. When I inserted it vaginally I could not feel any seams nor could I really feel the vibrations all that much. I could however feel the heat due to the LED light in the bullet. There is no odor at all and the texture is very smooth and rigid. It is not porous except for the seam that goes around the middle of the bullet. This bullet is not waterproof so do not submerge it in liquid. The cord is covered in plastic as well.

This is my first bullet so I found the design awkward. The bullet is 6cm. long and 8cm. around. Both bullet and power pack are oval. The cord is 87cm. long and 4mm wide. The power pack is 10cm. long, 6cm. wide, and 2cm. thick. 3 AAA batteries go in the back of the power pack as to power the bullet. It is small and will fit in a purse or a deep pocket. It is very easy to hide. It is NOT WATERPROOF. DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER

The bullet is smooth and hard to the touch. There is a seem in the middle of the vibrating bullet. The LED light is in the bullet and I found it to get very hot during use. In fact I found it to be very uncomfortable during use and there is no way of turning off the light while in use.

I did not like using this device at all. I could not use it for G-spot play and it got so hot that I didn't like using it for clitoral play either. Anal play is not advised because there is nothing to stop it from getting lost except the cord, and I would be afraid it would come apart. This bullet would be good for temperature play and/ or sensory play. Because of its size I would think anyone could use it. Also if you hold on to the bullet for any length of time I found that my fingers ended up kind of numb for a time after use. Also, because of it's size my hand ended up hurting during use.

This toy is quiet. My husband said he couldn't hear it at all and it was about 5 feet from his head. Also, I was able to use this toy while my husband was asleep and it did not wake him up. It can not be heard through a closed door at all but it can be heard through covers.

It is super easy to clean. I used an antibacterial hand soap and hot to the touch running water (DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER BECAUSE IT IS NOT WATERPROOF) a soft towel to dry, then I rub it down with rubbing alcohol. I would not share this toy because it can't be sterilized properly.

I inserted the bullet internally (vaginally) and could not hear it at all. I could feel the vibrations but only weakly. What I felt more was how hot it was getting. After about 10 minutes it got so uncomfortable I had to pull it out. I turned it off by decreasing the power and then rinsed it with cold water. After it had cooled off I tried again. This time using it for clitoral play only. Again, it got so hot I had to stop use.

It is easy to control but has no on/ off switch. It is also multispeed however its highest setting is like a 3 on vibration strength. The cord is fairly long. Another thing I don't care for is that I'm afraid the bullet is going to come free from the cord, which is a bother. The "volume" wheel moves easily and the toy will stay at the setting you put it at.

The Shimmer is made of hard plastic so just wash it with mild soap or use an anti-bacterial hand soap, hot to the touch water, and dry with a soft towel. After use I rubbed mine down with 91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol and a large cotton ball to sanitize. Lubes are not a problem however I didn't need any. I'm sure you can use which ever kind you like.

This bullet is very smooth and glides effortlessly over my lady parts but my hand did get tired trying to use this bullet for over a half hour also my fingers felt kind of numb for a little bit afterwards. I am sure you could use it with other toys. Using it vaginally is difficult because the bullet is so small that I really didn't feel it. I didn't feel it at all on the G-spot. Also, storage is a snap because it is small and easy to conceal just about anywhere.

If you want to use 1 part bleach to 5 parts water that is fine just don't submerge in the solution. This device is NOT WATERPROOF.

The box it came in is small and has a picture of the product on the front. It's 19cm. long, 8cm. across, and 3.5 cm. thick. The toy it self was in a plastic baggy with a piece of paper showing a diagram on how to insert the 3 AAA batteries. Also the cord was tied together with a plastic twist tie. The advertisement on the back says, Lighted Shimmers LED glows pink. Elegant, shimmering plug-in power pack is multi-speed, intensely powerful, with a brilliant LED teaser. Turn off the lights and watch me glow! Safe and pure" You can use the box for storage if you wish. I don't think the box will last long though.

I waited and waited for the new arrival to come. I must say I got a little nervous when the expected due date came and went with not even a whispering hint of hope. I paced the halls. I paced every room in my house waiting but to no avail. Finally He was delivered and I was over joyed. I called out to my husband, "Oh my love come and look at my new boytoy, it came, it came, oh thank heavens it came!" with tears of joy running down my cheeks. I was so over come with joy I couldn't keep still. I ran off to the bedroom with my husband in toe, just to see what was new. The sun was shining, birds were singing, and all was right in the world.

However my joy soon turned into confusion, then sorrow, and then anger. How dare He not perform like I expected Him to. Chance after chance I gave Him and yet I was let down again and again. I cried out in pain, how could He burn me this way! I turned to my husband asking what is wrong here. He responded with, "I'm so sorry my love but it looks as though He isn't as loving as the others. In fact I would go so far as to say He is down right cruel to burn you that way." "What do we do sweetheart?" I queeried. He lovingly responded with, "I do not know my love".

I thought and I thought about what I should do but to what end? Finally I decided that I would cast Him out. I would send Him to a place few have traveled before. Banishment was the answer. So I told Him it wasn't His fault, it was mine. I was to blame of course. I had requested his presence thinking He would be good and kind. He vibrated weakly and I said, "No, I'm sorry there is just no place for you here in my bed. I don't even think we can be friends. So good day and good-bye to you." With that I picked up what was left of that feeble body,I washed then dried Him with a soft towel, and carried Him to the dark cavern where I banished all who could not serve me anymore.

I tell you this story as a cautionary tale. That which shimmers is not always gold. Beware!

Husband's point of view: For something so small, its vibration was surprisingly strong. It is easy to see in a dark room since it is brightly lit. On the downside, it get very hot with use and is slippery when wet making it doubly hard to hold on to. Its something akin to holding on to a wet, hairless mouse that is epileptic.
