iRide is compiled of TPR and Plastic. The base of the toy is plastic, but the main area that will be used for play and stimulation is non-porous TPR. It isn't the soft, movable TPR that I am used to. The material has a all over smooth texture and is really firm. I will admit, I was hoping for a more comfortable material. The TPR that hits my clitoris is very stiff and feels very close to hard plastic. It took some getting used to, but once I learned how to use it, I have began to enjoy it more. I want to say that the iRide is made for all women, but unfortunately I can't. I think using the iRide comfortably takes a little getting used to and will most likely be easier for advanced users due to the material. The iRide is without taste and smell.

Ah, the design of the iRide. It took a few tries to get used to the iRide. I have used realistic riding toys, but never one set on a base of plastic or with the material of TPR. It took some getting used to. At first, I immediately thought I disliked the iRide because the material was so stiff! I didn't give up though. I experimenting with the iRide a lot and realized that even though the material is rather firm, I can control my movement to make it enjoyable.

The iRide is U shaped which allows it to rock while in use. On top of the iRide there are two bullets set in. Once is a penetrating probe and the other is a medium sized elevated piece directly in front of the probe. The goal is to penetrate to offer G spot stimulation, while giving clitoral stimulation at the same time. The size of both are ideal for all users. There aren't overwhelming big or way too small. Also with the overall size of the toy, most women will be able to use it. I don't think any weight, height, or other body size measurements would affect the use of it.

Because the iRide is so much bigger than the average toy, it is not as easy to move around, store, or travel with. It is going to need a little extra space for storing. Also, it isn't exactly discrete. By looking at the iRide, I can pretty much guarantee its use will be known.

iRides functions are very easy to use. There are two buttons towards the front of the base, one controls the probe and the other controls the clitoral stimulator. Each has three settings; low, medium, and high. There is a variety in vibration levels and I think there is a level for everyone on this. They are all steady, constant vibrations. The toy vibrates from the middle all the way to the front of the toy and can easily be felt. I really enjoyed all of the settings. I like that I can have the probe on one setting and the clitoral vibrator on a different setting. The vibrations combined were very enjoyable and I was even able to tease myself by going from low to high with the press of a button. It's easy to control, easy to change the setting, and easy to turn off quickly. The iRide is not waterproof. It is powered by 4 Aa batteries (not included). The battery compartment is on the bottom side of the toy. It is easy to insert and replace the batteries and the toy has a good usage life. I have used my iRide for five long sessions prior to replacing the batteries.

The only issue I have with the iRide is the noise level. It's loud. Really loud compared to most toys I own. This wouldn't be an issue for anyone that is single and living alone or have no children. I, on the other hand, have four children. Using the iRide is impossible. I have to wait until my house is completely empty to use it. Even while inserted, the iRide is easily heard. When I leave it on one low setting and use only one instead of both vibrators, it isn't that loud. If I try to use two at the same time or go above low, it buzzes very loudly. I personally think this is because of the plastic base. I think if there was a rubber base it would be much better.

The iRide is fairly easy to clean. It cannot be run in the sink or bath because it isn't water proof. I would use toy cleaning wipes, a wet cloth, or baby wipes and a toy cleaner. Allow it to air dry. This toy cannot be sanitized and should not be shared. I did have to use a little effort to clean around the probe. It has a circle around it and has a small gap. If you ejaculate on the toy, some of the fluid can seep in there. I used a wipe and rimmed around it. I recommend cleaning it directly after use to keep it in tip top shape and sanitary.

Wow! This has been a toy that I have been very mad at and then in love with the next minute. At first, I figured there was no way I could enjoy it because it is so hard, firm, and not flexible at all. Then I realized that I could take advantage of the firmness if I could learn to use the toy better. I tried spooning it, and it was okay and probably will be enjoyable for a lot of women, but just wasn't my thing. Using the iRide on a chair is a little more difficult but can be done. Just plan on working your legs. I wanted a hands free (and leg free) experience! So I started using the iRide mainly in the cowgirl position. I have started liking it much more. I think I was focusing too much on the material too much that I couldn't enjoy it. I use the iRide while watching adult films and get a much better experience. Honestly, if I watch a film with it, I can get into it enough that it seems real and I forget that I am on a toy. It takes getting used to, but in the long run... I think the iRide is a great investment and an innovative, hands free attraction that all women should have!

P.S. Doc Johnson, if you make another model, please use something other than plastic! It is so loud!
