Overall, the Bliss is my favorite vibe that I currently own. It's simple in its vibration patterns, which is what I like, but innovative in its shape and flexibility. It has the best texture I've encountered so far and is pretty easy on batteries, so it just lasts and lasts!

Pros
Good for beginners and advanced users, good texture, waterproof, long battery life
Cons
The shape and flexibility won't work for everyone - could stand to be a bit more rigid.
The Bliss is a great, reliable vibe. I really like how soft it is and the variation it has in intensity makes it fun to use all over. Its texture is really great for thrusting, I've found, so it's great for vaginal use and the soft texture coupled with its vibrations has made it one of my favorites for clitoral use as well. I think this toy would work great for beginners looking for something a bit more than the basic vibe and for more experienced users who want something a little more simple.
The Fleur de Lis is made of wonderfully soft silicone that warms up nicely with body heat. It does have a small bit of drag; it's a bit due to its material but probably mostly due to its lobed shape (which I adore). The bumps and ridges along its shaft give a great range of sensation! This toy is also pretty flexible, so with the right amount of working, it could hit anywhere.
The shape of the Bliss is what drew me to it in the first place; its contours looked like fun and I was right (for me and my partner at the time at least!). The bulbs along the shaft widen towards the bottom, so they can be worked up to.
The size of this did intimidate me a little bit at first but I'm still pretty new to toys and I'm guessing it's pretty standard. There are about 6.5 inches of insertable length, which now that I think of it, is not that intimidating at all but plenty enough for me! I'd say it would work well for beginners and people more experienced with toys, especially because of its great texture.
I wouldn't say the Bliss is very discreet (it's pretty obviously a flaming pink vibrator) but it does fit well into any bag you choose to toss it in and it's not that big, so it can be hidden away anywhere (I just keep it shoved beneath my bed).
The Bliss has a single button on its base which controls its three speeds. Now, three speeds might not do it for everyone, especially when they're just sustained vibrations, but that's all I need. I find toys with a huge ton of weird vibe patterns don't work for me as well as a consistent buzzing! The first speed isn't really intense at all (I seldom use that one) but the middle one is great for working myself up and the third one usually gets the job spectacularly done.
To cycle through the speeds, all you have to do is click the button and it jumps up a notch - easy peasy. The noise level increases too but it can't really be heard through a door and a blanket, even at its highest level.
The Bliss is totally waterproof. I've used it in the shower multiple times without a hitch.
Because it's silicone and waterproof, the Bliss can be cleaned with warm water and soap, making it no hassle at all. That's really all there is to maintenance with this toy. It also comes in an adorable case, which is what I keep mine in.
The Bliss takes well to water-based lubes; those are all I've used on it. They clean off of it easily and offer a lovely slickness to the toy.
The Bliss comes in an adorable plastic case with a decorative tassel hooked to the top. The toy is threaded in in a slightly strange way. There's a ring in its base, so the bottom must be taken off to secure it in the case, but I generally don't bother doing that when it comes to storage.
