This is a very versatile toy. While not the most well thought-out design with the super-stretchy band, you will find plenty of uses for this little dinger! If you're blessed with a long enough or thick enough tongue, you could even use it as intended!

Pros
Discreet, Quiet, Versatile
Cons
Not Waterproof, Battery prices make it not worth changing batteries
As the name describes, the Tongue Dinger is meant to be used on the tongue while going down on your partner. It has really strong vibes and would pleasantly stimulate all of your erogenous areas! If you're super bendy, you can use this solo, but otherwise, it's mainly a "Couples Only" kind of thing!
This is made of a lovely TPR Silicone. It's stretchy and relatively safe. The casing for the micro-bullet is nubby for extra stimulation. I did not notice any smell or taste on using this product. The tongue band is very stretchy as well, almost too stretchy, but I'll let you know more about that in a bit!
This could be used by anyone looking to add a new sensation to their oral sexcapades. Beginners and advanced users could make use of this. This toy is not meant to be shared with casual partnerships as you would not want to switch the toy from mouth-to-mouth, even if you are using condoms or dental dams. Make sure your partner is STI free before sharing this toy.
This little bullet is tiny. Small enough to fit on your tongue, in fact! It's a little over an inch long and about two inches in circumference. It's a small cylindrical bullet that slides into the TPR Silicone sleeve. It's very small, very discreet, and very quiet. You could hide this in a purse, pocket, or even a lipstick holder if you needed to. You can take it anywhere.
It's supposed to slide onto your tongue, and then you are to turn it on and just have at it! This is great in theory, but it's so powerful that it vibes right off your tongue! So if you have a thinner tongue, it won't be tight enough around your tongue to stay put while turned on. You could use it without the vibration and the nubs will stimulate all the right areas and have less difficulty with it falling off. Maybe offering sizes or a slightly thicker or less-stretchy band would help it work a little better.
This is a 1.25 inch cylindrical bullet inside a TPR Silicone sleeve. The vibrations are POWERFUL and they are ALL OVER the bullet.
Depending on how you put this on is how easy the controls are. Instinct tells you to put the controls on the inside so that the smooth part of the sleeve is facing outwards, but this makes it hard to get to the button; so you will want to put the controls on the outside to make them more easily accessible. If you do this, however, you will want to make sure you are using a dental dam. The toy is not waterproof, so submerging it to clean off the toy is not going to work.
It was pretty quiet outside of the covers and in the mouth and pressed against genitals, the little sound it had was easily muffled.
The batteries can be changed (watch batteries), but at $5 a pop, it might be cheaper to just buy a new dinger!
To clean this, you will want to remove the bullet from the TPR Silicone sleeve. Wipe down the bullet well with a toy wipe, or washcloth loaded with antibacterial soap and warm water. You can wash the sleeve in warm water and antibacterial soap or with your favorite toy cleaner.
This toy cannot be sanitized.
It is a TPR Silicone composite so only water-based lubes, please. Of course, since it's for oral sex, lube may not be necessary, unless flavored.
I would compare it with the TongueJoy (below), but if you're unsure if you would like this, save some money and try the Tongue Dinger first, then move on to a more expensive toy like TongueJoy.
Well, even with some technical difficulties with keeping it on the tongue, we still had a blast with this toy! It's small enough to give pinpoint clitoral stimulation. The band is stretchy enough that we could easily slide it over My Mister's shaft and balls to buzz the perineum area a bit. It will stay put during intercourse if you press it to your clit. Without the vibrations turned on, it was great during oral for both of us. Great on the nipples. It really is a versatile toy. We will probably incorporate this into the rotation of teasing toys we are in the process of acquiring!
Follow-up commentaryI still like it2 months after original review
This was okay for what it was: A one-time use product. Once this died, we did not feel the need to replace it and it is now in the trash. I still think that for someone who is looking for something to try during oral sex, this is a great, inexpensive option. An easy investment for those who are new to the world of sex toys.

I just can't see having this wrapped around my tongue, but as you say, there are many uses for this one.
Great review.

Thanks!

It seems like it would be really uncomfortable to have a vibrator strapped to your tongue.

Great review. Very thorough.
I'd be afraid I'd swallow it, though. I do a lot of Deep Throating, and I don't think it's for me.
I can't see My Man using it either. But, it might be fun to try. As long as one of us didn't accidentally swallow it. We tend to do some heavy oral sex.

@P'Gell It's why we appreciated the versatility. It's small enough for any of your little erotic places. For oral sex, when it was turned on, My Mister just held it on my hood while he licked my clit, which was actually pretty nice! I should have said that in the review! Damn.
